United KingdomThe rooms in the apartment was a bit smaller than we expected. However, everything was in high standard.
It was absolutely superb. The smell of the wood when we entered our apartment, brought our childhood memories. We slept really well, beds super comfortable, every detail in the hotel has been carefully and thoroughly considered. Staff were attentive, receptionist really helpful, and food ( breakfasts and dinner ) was delicious with variety of choice. We really enjoyed our stay and my brother enjoyed his birthday treat.

IsraelParking costs 20 euro a day. We were missing spa slippers and didn't succeed to get them during 5 days of our stay. Some noise from the road in the morning
Excellent new hotel with excellent spa and very good service. Breakfast had a lot of options. Spa is indeed exceptional. room very modern and nice.

The hotel has an exceptionally stylish and well-thought-out design that reflects the surrounding nature of this lovely place. Absolutely everything is new, elegant, and furnished with great attention to detail. The wellness area is wonderful – with pool, saunas, and excellent natural cosmetics. I especially appreciated the very thoughtful, caring and warm staff, and a big THANKS to the hotel director Mrs. Brezinová for her sensitive and supportive help and her goodwill during check-in. This place is truly magic.

SlovakiaDuring our stay the finish sauna was not working instead the temperature in kid’s sauna was raised, which is nice, but was not as hot as it should be. Although the spa is clean and beautiful, other saunas were disappointing for us as they are not hot saunas, but that might be just our preference.
Almost everything was perfect - kind and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, truly delicious breakfast as well as dinner and much more. Also everyday entry to the spa is included in the price, which cannot be said for other hotels we were looking at.

CanadaNo AC! As we are travelling in summer it did get quite warm - this would be ok if there as a fan maybe? Perhaps the area just doesn’t get hot enough in the summer to justify the extra cost, and is primarily a winter retreat. We just found it warm for sure. This is a small blip and overall doesn’t take away from a 10/10 rating. Worth nothing though.
They managed to give a secluded mountain spa vibe but in-town. It felt cozy, relaxing and overall just a great flow and energy to the place. Food was delicious. Service was top-notch. Overall very comfy. Spa stay was lovely touch as well. They were very welcoming to our dog too!
