Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location is excellent we could start our hike directly from here. The rooms were comfortable. The owner/receptionist was very kind and attentive.

The guest house is located near the Tatranska Lesna bus station. The scenery is quite pretty. Th room is quite cheap and affordable. One can also purchase a cheap meal at the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Spainthe staff was super friendly. One of the people at the hotel spoke English and it was all ok. At night at dinner no one spoke English and it was difficult to understand what the menu was like, in the end with a smile and the Google translator solved it. a highly recommended place

Nice accommodation close to train station, everything as described, food very delicious, clean facilities, quiet and very friendly and flexible staff. Hiking paths start very close.

HungaryIt is a very familiar-atmosphere place - it is because a family operated apartman. It is not a five star hotel,but the place is CLEAN,the staff is kind,the price is good. Close to the main hiking trails,close to every place U need to visit in High Tatra. I recommend the place,we will go back if we visit Tatra again. Thanks for everything

HungaryI arrived at the place with no place to stay, the manager, Came to me said go to the next pension down the road and stay there, you come back tomorrow night. I went there, they offered me to stay. Next day I checked in not the day it was supposed to, it was really awful experience, on top of that never received an apology and the guy who gave me a receipt to pay the rest (because they don’t want to use modern machines to swipe cards) brought me a paper that look weird, I did not understand what I was paying for. I would not recommend this place to stay and it was my fault to assume that because it was a penzion the treatment, respect and attention was going to be much better.
