The apartment is very spacious, with direct access from the inner courtyard. We were able to park the car in front of the entrance to the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped. The toilet has a shower and a bathtub.

The location is perfect - there are hardly more centrally located place than this, and, if you arrive by car, you can use for free their own parking, which is quite good. Main reason for us to choose this hotel was that they were one of few places that were offering rooms for 4 persons; what we got, however, exceeded our expectations - a two room unit, one with a double bed and one with a double sofa, rooms very spacious and beds for a 3 star property nicely large and comfy. For 4 people price/value ratio was really good, also nice and friendly reception. All together spent there 3 nights - a single night first, and 2 nights a couple of days later, happened to get the same nice room(s) both times. Can not give opinion of their optional breakfast - seemed a good offer, but a bit too early for our liking. Do not want to put this in negatives section, but only after booking noticed, that there seems to be no 24/7 reception, which made us a bit anxious, since we were driving a long way by car. Fortunately, we arrived well before the stated check-in time by 22:00, but, if this could be a problem, might be worth to contact them first whether and how they could arrange for late arrivals. Very likely will consider staying there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Family Room with adjoining suite were ideal for our purposes. Large rooms. The only hotel I've stayed at with an indoor Adventure Golf in the hotel - ideal to play with the children with us. Well located to walk into town for the shops and restaurants

Perfectly placed in Poprad. Quiet hotel, helpful staff. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Maid visits everyday, nice bathroom and plenty of storage. Mini golf on site is a WIN, so random but brilliant. Good beer on tap in a nice restaurant/bar area

Only microscopic gripe would be to add another pillow and turn the heating down through the night. But these didn't affect my stay and was more than happy

Better than I expected given the relatively low price. Room was large. Bathroom was nicely decorated and has above-standard equipment. There's an electric kettle. Wifi reception was good. It's further from the train station than where I usually stay in Poprad but being closer to restaurants and shop more than make up for it.
