Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaMosquitoes. I ended up with a 20+ bites so it was not comfortable for myself with an allergy. I do not recommend to open windows in this season - start of September. Maybe one recommendation for provider - use insect nets for windows. Then it will be perfect. My partner was totally fine. If you are immune, then it is flawless living with all the needs met.

Spaina hotel that have reception closed after 20.00 eve should not be recognized as a hotel. Even they give you keys on a locker but you cannot expect such a service from a hotel.

Very comfortable room with great bed, big flat TV with a lot of programs. Also refrigerator in the room. Very good air conditioning, very good bathroom. All together is a very cosy plase to stay and modern equiped. Breakfast also very good with a wide range od different food. Easy access to hotel, parking and elevator. Nearby is also very good fitness.
