The lighting in the suite was always hard to work out. The glass screen bathroom onto bedroom we were not fans of. Biggest issue though was no easy way to plug in hair straighteners and be able to see in to a mirror. I struggled to get ready as didn’t want to wake husband when I got up early and couldn’t shower or anything without waking him. Then had the problem with the straighteners. There is a hairdryer in bathroom but could do with a mirror in either the bedroom or above the desk please for women.

We had an amazing top floor suite with a terrace. Good location for airport and shopping mall. About 30 to 40 minute bus ride to the old town. We could see the castle from our room. Breakfast was superb. Best scrabbled eggs and choice at breakfast including gluten free and lots of healthy choices. Spa with a view and always quiet.

Easy to find hotel, close to the airport. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially lady called Nadia. Room was nice and clean, breakfast choice was also great.

The furniture in the room looked somewhat dated, and the bathroom shower lacked a cover, allowing water to splash onto the floor. The location is about a 20-minute ride from the city centre, and we did hear some car noise from outside.

The wellness area was amazing — warm jacuzzi, cold pool, and two great saunas (dry 90° and wet 45°). The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was really spacious. The hotel overall is clean and has a solid standard for relaxation.

Almost everything but they told me to pay 25€ for parking and it shows in booking 15€ they told me booking dose not show all the rules all the time and they ask me also for 100€ deposit amount and this also not showing in the hotel policy, one more thing the sink in the toilet was blocked

There is nothing to do in the night (neither nearby) There were plenty of empty rooms...and some early check-in bonus was a big plus. Unfortunately we have to pay almost 50euros so we can check-in earlier

New vibe hotel...with strategic position (good connection with airport line and stadium line). Very clean, not crowded, huge standard rooms. The area and the rooms are also quiet. Spa included...tasty breakfast. Bathtub and separate shower.

The hotel is wonderful. Last time I was upgraded to huge apartment which was very nice but a bit useless for me this time as I was traveling alone. Anyhow it was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

Pay for the parking? 15 euros? This hotel is close to the airport but NOT walking distance and FAR from the center. Also, they talk about a shuttle but they do not have a shuttle: it is a bus you have to find.

Clean and nice and design (Eames primarily) rooms. Wood IN the rooms on the floor carpet ON the floor in the corridors. Yes, that is exactly as it should be. Helpful staff (and charming). Did not have time for breakfast but I think a very very good hotel.

As a frequent guest of NH hotels, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category. Everything was truly perfect – the room was spotless, warm, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was cozy, and despite the hotel being next to a road, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night’s sleep. I also appreciated that the windows could be opened for fresh air. Overall, a flawless experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Beautiful modern Hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Gym and spa available for guests. Good parking and we were able to use UK disabled badge. Staff helpful. Only 5 minutes drive to the airport and shopping centre within walking distance. Just a short drive to the Old Town. Lovely breakfast.

NH Bratislava Gate One is a very attractive hotel, especially for business travelers, but families with children and even pets will feel welcome here as well — our dog received a bed and bowls for the stay! While the location isn’t central, it’s easy to reach the Old Town and main attractions of Bratislava in just 10 minutes by public transport. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is varied and delicious, and the staff is always helpful and highly professional. The hotel also offers a small pool, jacuzzi, and saunas. A large shopping center is just nearby. Highly recommended — a great place for both business trips and city breaks in this beautiful city.
