Good hotel in Levice with moderately good breakfast. Facilities would benefit from upgrades, but other than that it served its purpose well. It wasn’t my first time and certainly not last time staying in this Hotel.

The comfort of the room could be improved. I had to unplug the coffee machine to be able to plug in more than one electronic device. Nothing dramatic, but it's an improvement that could be made (for example, by adding a power strip, or even redoing the electrical system)

In general, the hotel met my expectations. A great plus came from Niki, the receptionist, who sent a package from Slovakia to Italy for me and was very kind in fulfilling this request. A premium service for something that was absolutely not required.

In the shower there was broken the shower-holder and we could not set the height of it, but it's not a big thing 😊

We stayed 3 in one room, which was biiiig enough, sofa, fotel, a large bed, where we slept with our 4 years old kid and it was convenient. In the price included was the breakfast in an amazing winter garden 😍 we loved it. I can just totally recommend this hotel. The stuff was also really kind and helpful.

Surprisingly nice hotel in the middle of Levice. VERY nice staff in general, especially the receptionist with excellent English. Beautiful inner garden, cozy bars, nice breakfast area. Fantastic breakfast too. Good working air-condition. Fells like you never want to leave.

Breakfast was nothing special and rather poor.

Easy to find, room was nice and spacious. Parking in front of the hotel in the street free of charge. Park and green area nearby to walk dogs. AC was working quite well. Bed was confortable. They only allow small dogs, but they made exceptions for us as we arrived late. Dog fee was quite high 25 per dogs (I had 2 dogs) and dos not include nothing for dogs. Old vibe hotel.

Nice and quiet hotel with a very good location in the heart of Levice. Stuff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and excellent with comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Varied breakfast, good start of the day. It was a really great surprise that we got welcome drinks. We also tried the restaurant which is superb and has a charming garden area. The food was outstanding, really delicious, do not miss it if you stay in this hotel.

25€ fee for dog is extremely high in my opinion, especially because there is no bowl for the dog in the room or treat either so no service for him and they would clean the room the same way anyway (if dog hair is the only reason for the fee)

On Friday night there was a wedding downstairs and music played very loud until 1.30am or so ...it was hard to sleep.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, it was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 301 for 3 people, it is located in the atic (3rd floor)and we only had 1 neighbouring room. There is an elevator going up to 2nd floor, and then we had to walk up,but it was ok. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
