Lack of time to stay longer 😉

A very pleasant surprise for us, and definitely a superb value for the money. The accomodations were excellent, cleanliness was shining through everywhere. The area itself is well maintained with a nice mini-lake as its domain. And despite some heavier traffic on the road, the whole place was really quiet. LbnL the owner as well as the staff were very pleasant and friendly. All thumbs up 👍

Everything was perfect.

I travel for business and I always stay 4* and plus. This hotel is like a pansion but I felt better here than Hilton Garden Inn. I was driving to another city and had to stay in this hotel because the others were full. when I arrived to the hotel after 21.00 thr restaurant was closed but they made me a plate when I said I am hungry. :) the restaurant food is delicious and I am saying this a Turkish person who rarely finds taste in European food. Hotel is super clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, the food has Michelin restaurant taste and it is unbelievably good. It is quite, a lot of fresh air. In last 20 days I stayed in 14 different hotels including Hilton, Continental, Radisson, the best stay was in this hotel and I am not joking.

Would appreciate kettle with coffee and cups in the room - not sure if the owners could consider this but it would definitely make me give them higher score. We left at approx. 10 o'clock in the morning on Sunday and there was absolutely nobody to hand the keys to. Perhaps a sign where to drop the keys in case of no staff available would be helpful.

We only spent a night at this property and left early in the morning so not much to comment on. The room is a good size, bed was comfortable. TV had satellite and also wifi was good. We saw a lot of space and toys for children outside so assume this very family friendly property to stay at.

-The staff was rude in the restaurant -We got the wrong bedroom (2 single beds instead of a king size bed) -There was no basic equipment in the room (spoons, electric kettle, etc.) -The wedding hall is a part of the property. If you're unlucky you will be listening to loud music until 4AM, like we did.

I have ordered a room in the attic with modern equipment and double bed. The pictures looked great during the booking. I have also announced that we need a room for 2 adults and one child. The booking said that only the breakfast is to be charged separately. The first bad surprise was the room we’re accommodated in. It was in the oldest building, on the ground floor with old equipment and three separate beds. When I complained, that that’s not the room I had ordered - according to the disposition and pictures, I had been told, that the room we’d booked is taken and so there’s only this room. The second bad surprise was, that we’d pay extra for the third bed, even though it was said in the booking, that’s included. So I had to pay even more, that was ordered. They only offered the breakfast for free, but despite this offering, I paid more than was ordered and spent time in the room much worse than was shown in the pictures. The third bad surprise was the water leaking from the shower. Not only drops, but there was a constant drainage of water so we needed to use the whole towel to get rid of it.

- No warm water in the shower at night (it was barely lukewarm) - We got a different room than I made a reservation for (i booked a bigger room with two big double beds and terrace, instead we got a small 2nd floor room with one big bed and only two small windows).

The shower in room 3 wasn't great and the small bed was extremely noisy even if you moved position it would wake the dead, the blinds on the sky lights were useless to be honest we went and bought eye masks to block the light and get to sleep..

the majority of the staff were really helpful and pleasant, one girl however on Sunday evening was rude to several of our group, grumpy attitude which was noticed. The outside space was excellent for the kids to run around , it was safe and clean and great bonus. The food was very tasty and great value for money, as was the bar.
