We had a fantastic stay in the hostel 2-bedroom apartment in this stunningly beautiful city. It’s clean and just a 1-minute walk to the city center, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was very comfortable for our family, offering plenty of space and a great layout. It’s also excellent value for money compared to nearby options. The paid parking was a big plus, especially in such a central location.

On the downside, the furniture is a bit dated, and while parking is available, it's €6 per day and not included in the price. There's also a city tax that has to be paid separately. It’s always a bit irritating to be surprised with extra charges on arrival – I would definitely prefer if everything was paid upfront. Additionally, the reception only works until 6 p.m.. They kindly made an exception to accommodate our 8 p.m. arrival, but it left us wondering what would happen if we had been any later.

The location is just perfect. The hostel itself is very charming too, it feels like you're sleeping in a museum. The instructions to retrieve the key were very clear. The showers and toilets aren't far from the room.

The room I got was smaller than the one I paid for. It was really small, but comfortable enough. The cleanliness however can be improved, the chair in the room was full of dust and I found dust and cobwebs in the toilets.

So calm and peacefull. It is modest, but approperoate to price. Clan, with helfull staff.

Excellent location in a very quiet area, but not even a 1 minute walk to the main bus stop at the city centre, and just 2 minutes walk to the main square or old castle. Authentic historical building, but all refurbished and clean. Quartiple rooms (on the 1st and 2nd floors) typically have 1 a bit older bunk bed and 2 comfy new single beds made with a new and clean linen by the staff. Very well equiped kitchen at a ground floor. Pleasant and helpful staff often flexible with somewhat earlier check-in, and always helpful with a free luggage storage either at a reception (locked, but sometimes without a staff during lunchtime) or at a dining room (always open, i.e. not for valuables).

After several stays in the recent years I cannot think of a single "issue". But do not forget this is a scouts' hostel, i.e. neither a hotel, nor a "butique hostel".

Simply a great house at a great place, managed by great people! Very highly recommended!

The apartman is big and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were nice and helpful. The hostel has a good location, close to the city centre.

When we arrived they warned us that they just turned the heating on in our apartment, that's why it was still cold, but they promised it would be warm till the time we will go to sleep. Unfortunately it doesen't happened like that, so we called the receptionist what can they do. With the help of the receptionist we increased the power of the heating. After some hours it got better, but the whole apartment needed a day to be comfortable. The mattress in the bed is too soft, not my taste. They have parking places in the backyard, but they ask money for the usage.
