The apartment was big and good value for money, good location, the cafe was also very nice.

This is a very unique property. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is clear that the owners put a lot of thought and care into designing this property. It is done in a theme of a castle. The decorations put a smile on our faces. It really is a very memorable experience. The check in was easy and the coffee shop serves excellent breakfast and coffee. We definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely loved this place. Convenient to the town and what a lovely cafe/breakfast shop below. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Trencin is a quiet and charming place. As regards other reviews about the hot water, we had no issues. Everything worked well. The cafe is so convenient. They let us bring up our desserts to our room. And the staff were just so nice. They spoke perfect English.

Beautifully designed and decorated apartment with attention to minute details. My wife was absolutely in love with the look&feel of the place. It is spacious for two, well-equipped. Located within the city center right next to restaurants and shops, yet sufficiently removed from the noisiest night life areas. The breakfast at the coffee shop is very nice and includes a coffee, a meal from the menu, and another drink - a good value for a flat fee special for the overnight guests.

There were two minor annoyances that seem to be "early operation bugs" and can be easily addressed by the hosts: The common areas (hallway to the apartments) has a motion sensor that not only turns on the light, but also starts playing music - the same song every time. While it is a nice song, after several times it gets on one's nerves. The bathroom vent fan is on an auto-stop timer that seems to be set to "forever" (in reality it's probably 15 or 20 minutes) and its noise is not loud but is inescapable in the apartment. I'm convinced that setting it to 5 minutes would be sufficient :)

Really nicely done apartment. Clean and tidy. Grateful to the team at KAVart for preparing us a takeaway breakfast as we had to be on the road early.

Not being able to adjust heating thermostat. Last night and last morning hot water ran out after just a few minutes in shower Dirty shower head and broken shower head holder. Futon sofas in living area not most comfortable

We’ve had a large and quiet accommodation, it was overall simple but nicely furnished. We’ve had free parking and a lovely breakfast with delicious coffee in the cafe below.

We were running out of soap, but the host provided different shower gels instead. Nothing serious, everything else was perfectly fine!

Check in was a little confusing as we weren't sure where to leave the car and how to find the cafe (google maps confused too) but it's worth noting we are from Australia so easily confused. 😉 My suggest would be to share the location for parking prior to check in.

Very big and nice equipped apartment, with air-conditioning. Well located with good restaurants being close. Nice cafe downstairs with great a la carte breakfast. Super friendly staff.

No mosquito nets on the windows. We struggled with opening some of the windows.

Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The cafe does get quite busy so make sure you are in there early. The apartment was very clean and has everything you can think of! Very quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Staff were very helpful with good communication before we arrived and also showed us where to park our car.

Very dark when entering through the gate at night, could do with a light over the gate. Only just enough hot water for a couple of quick showers.

Breakfast was delicious and it was ready very fast. The little coffee shop is very cosy and welcoming and the staff is super polite, helpful and smiling. Eliska, our host, was specially nice, contacting us prior the arrival and was there when we arrived as well as we left. The breakfast options are also great, a little bit for every taste. The coffee was very good. All the details in the apartment are beautiful, put together with style, but also functional. The location is also great, it is really in the centre of down town, with a beautiful view of the castle above the town. It is a perfect location for winter holidays. It is just important to know that the Xmas market ends on Dec 23rd.

We only had one issue. And although it might be a coincidence that happened that day, it really affected our morning. There was no hot water in the shower. I started to take the shower, it was all fine, I put the soap all over and then suddenly the freezing water came through. On a cold December morning that is not a pleasant surprise.
