Great location, a couple hundred meters from the ski slope, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, also possibility of wellness.

The restaurant/bar and even the common living room area closed at 8pm, which meant we couldn't play cards at the table and had to continue in our room, which was not comfortable, because had no suitable table.

The staff were very nice.

The rooms are totally non-soundproof, so we heard our neighbours talking, walking and living in general. Also doors are very thin and not soundproofed, so also people talking in the corridor.

It was a last minute reservation. We arrived around 23 pm. Check in was smooth. We didn't attend the breakfast as it was not clear in the booking details but at the check out process I asked if it was included. The very kind lady at the reception confirmed that it was included and checked if the kitchen could arrange something for us. Luckily for us the buffet was still open with a variety of warm food to enjoy. We stayed in room 106 very spacious with 3 big windows and a lot of natural light. We didn't enjoy the facilities due to time restrictions but will definitely return and make sure to enjoy it double :)

Just an amazing place!

It’s in a beautiful location, amongst beautiful trees. It has a beautiful spa which is really intimate. The a-la carte menu was also very delicious. The staff were helpful.

I didn’t like that guests would have to pay to use the spa, although they did communicate this at the beginning. The rooms are clean but they looked nicer on pictures than in reality. Breakfast was quite basic..

Really beautyful hotel. Nice big rooms. Amazing spa ! I was suprice how nice new is the spa in this hotel.

Not much.

Very basic accommodation in the main hotel building. Everything you would want to use comes with a charge and time limited (hotel pool). The breakfast is beyond any standards, limited choices and most of time the offerings were not replenished. I guess that hotel makes sense during winter season and I can only hope that they are a bit more engaged then. Reception staff showed some effort.
