Reviews of Modern Apt with AC and Balcony

A place to stay with a balcony is always a plus. The building and furnishings were new, the neighbors were quiet, and it was easy to get a good night's rest.

The location of the key box shown in the photo was incorrect. We arrived in the dark and couldn’t find the box for quite a while. In the photo, it appeared to be attached to the post near the ground, but in reality, it was mounted high up on top of the post. To enter the code and open it, you’d either have to be tall or bring your own step stool :) There were four of us, and one of the beds (a sofa bed) hadn’t been made — not even the sheets were set out. Arriving late at night, completely exhausted, it’s just not acceptable to have to go hunting for linens and make the bed yourself. In the bathroom, someone’s wet laundry had been left in the drying rack — really unpleasant. The shower drain was clogged, and the entire bathroom floor flooded with water. The listing said there was a TV with Netflix, but there were no working TV channels — only YouTube worked — and Netflix required logging in with a user account, which we were not provided with. On top of that, someone had left a chewed piece of gum on the bedroom windowsill — I almost put my clothes down on it. Clearly, the apartment hadn’t been properly prepared. Ironically, the host still asked us to leave a ten-star review :) If the issues mentioned were resolved, I would recommend this place. But since there were issues, be careful when booking.
