How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The rooms/apartments are very spacious and the bathrooms are huge. There is a parking possibility and the location is pretty convenient also with a Billa supermarket right on the corner

Microwave didn't work, doesn't seem like a big deal but there is nothing else there to cook with except a single induction ring. WiFi often connected OK but had no onwarrds connectivity, and is subject to regular drop outs. Could be location in the hotel meant I was away from any AP. I need WiFi for work, not having it is a real pain epecially as roaming cellphone data provision by partner operators in SK is quite poor
I stay here quite a lot, usually it's perfectly adequate, exactly what you'd expect from a motel of it's type - basic but good value for money. En suite shower, small shared kitchen, clean and tidy

The light in the toilet turned off all the time and you should jump or wave your hands. Shower and toilet in one room and the lock doesn't work. In the toilet no light at all.
Hotel for one-two nights. Parking place, location.

Location is far from city center therefore if you go for summer events you need designated driver or take taxi/uber or other form transportation.
Rooms are large and with comfy beds, suitable even for larger groups. There is free parking, wi-fi and receptionist available 24/7 what I wouldn't expect at this price category.

Rooms didn't have blinds, so sun shines and wakes up really early. Water in shower changing hot- cold immediatly a lot. Floor and cupboards could be cleaner. Double bed's mattress could be softer.
Price is good, didn't find better options for stay with family near or in Bratislava. Reception and cleaning ladies were nice. Bedding and towels - clean. Big bathtub to take a bath. Tesco store near. Commute to Bratislava very good ~ 20 min drive (if you come with car)

Damp room with cold floor, nonstop banging door from winds running through the hallway, no sunlight in room due to position, only half of one shelf in shared fridge.

Maybe not all technic work properly in a kitchen.
Very nice motel. We came very late, but get a help from administrator. Nice and big room, everything clean and pretty nice.

the bathroom drain was not working, we ask to change the room they didn’t, we cleaned everything by our self. It was totally disaster the smell was going all over the room It was too hot that we ask for fan they replied THIS IS NOT HOTEL ITS MOTEL. We payed almost 100€ a day. We were not expecting all this mess. Not recommended for nothing

Although the beds were really comfortable the frame crackled a bit loudly. It was not disturbed my sleep at all but maybe someone who is more sensitive it can be annoying.
The motel is easily accessible. The room was clean. The bathroom and the kitchen were also clean.

SImple Motel, does exactly what is advertises. Basic faciliaities but very clean rooms with good bathrooms. Good parking. Some self catering facilities provided. Easy to find and check-in.

Nice clean room great for an overnight stay I needed. Staff was very friendly and it's great the reception is open 24/7. The location is close to the city cente with shops nearby.
