The staff was excellence - very service minded, understanding and nice. The hotel is situated just around the corner from the main street.

The breakfast was a bit insipid - like no salt and tasteless. However, the breakfast was proper and orderly.

I rate this hotel highly. Above all, it's excellent value for money and has a great location. We basically had everything we needed for a business trip. The building is obviously old and not very renovated, but that didn't detract from my stay. Next time I'm in Nitra, I'll definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Could be a little bit cleaner. But not big problem about it.

I have chosen this hotel randomly from booking from the hotels with a score over 8. I can’t tell anything that i liked on this hotel.

1. They charged me with more than the reservation. Under 1 euro. Probably they do that to pay the commissions because I payed with card. 2. They don’t speak English. It was funny to communicate with the person from the reception. 3. They don’t have 24 hours reception. The person from the reception called us to tell that the reception is closing at 10. 4. The breakfast was tasty. The location is totally great near center, near exhibition with couple of free parking spaces. The accomodation can be good if you get room located out of the street.

There wasn't too much options on breakfast but for one night staying it's all right. We got room where window was located to street. The cars were noisy during night also when we closed window we heard many cars or people goes around the street under our window. The beds wasn't good but for one night stay it's ok.

Flexibility in changing dates without extra cost. Nice staff waiting for very late check-in. Very good breakfast. Best offer value for money! Good central heating.

Wi-Fi weak connection in my room. No single TV channel from any international or regional country!!! No refill of coffee or tea for the entire stay period!

The shower was too small

Right in the city center. Nice breakie.

The staff on Reception were very friendly and helpful. There was a great Italian Restaurant just down the road,.

By contrast to the reception staff the staff in the breakfast room were unwelcoming, cold and impersonal. The shower in one of the rooms pointed over the top of the cubicle and couldn't be moved.

Location, breakfast was good

On arrival, the curtain was hanging loose in the room. When we asked what to do about this, we were given the impression that the problem would be solved immediately and that we could wait. When after a long time nothing had happened, it turned out that they were watching football on TV and the guest had to wait. There were old turds floating in the toilet... Because of this, and because of the problems with the curtain, we asked for and got another room, but this one was not clean either. The toothpaste residue was in the sink. Hair from others in the bed. In the end we accepted it and sorted it out ourselves. Not recommended. Too bad, because the location of the hotel is good and the rooms are nice. But hygiene and the service-oriented attitude of the staff are more important.

Room was OK, clean. Breakfast delicious. Reception staff very kind. Parking OK.

Bathroom was clean but shower cabin very dirty, disgusting. Extra bed was dilapidated, my child had to sleep on the floor.
