Having said all the above, our last year's trip was for a couple - this time around we came over as a family, booking a 6-people apartment one year ahead (!). But the stay was not as pleasant. Here is what you may want to know: 1) Apartments for more than 4 people are apparently very limited, and all located on low floors. Think 2-3 out of 12. Our room was #303. 2) The mountain view indicated on Booking is true, but you will be admiring Nizne Tatry in the distance, not the majestic peaks of Vysoke Tatry next to your high-floor room. If you are drawn to THAT view, make sure to double check your room choice. My bad for not enlarging pics while making that one-year-ahead reservation 🙄. 2) The mountain view would still be lovely, to be honest... if not for the heat-protective film covering ALL windows. It was damaged, with quite a few tears/scratches, it also altered the view of the mountains making them look hazy and unattractive. See for yourself on the pic attached. I think the film itself is not the problem, it's the damage which did not happen overnight. Nobody informed us ahead of our trip about this, and no compensation was suggested or provided for the disappointing view. 3) We came with 5 people though the booking was made for 6. The room had 6 sets of linen and pillows (correct) but dishes were provided only for four. Same with balcony chairs and dining table chairs - four of them in each case. I had to point this out to the staff. While more dishes, cutlery sets and balcony chairs were provided, the dining table chairs never arrived. I forgot to mention them, so it never happened. 4) While I appreciate a free minibar of soft drinks offered on a daily basis, it's also meh if it's 4 items/day with more than 4 guests in the room.

Panorama as a whole is a very nice hotel, wonderfully located, with kind staff and nice amenities. In fact, we have re-visited Panorama this year, which is a recommendation itself. The breakfasts are very good, perhaps a bit repetitive but big thumbs up for artisanal, crispy bread and truly local cheeses available as a bonus to the more common, supermarket-style bread and cheese. The kids loved the sweet options, too. (Note: vegans would have a rather limited choice). As adults, we liked the small but sufficient sauna center. Parking is convenient and easily accessed.

No A/C, just winter heating system. Had to keep window open to not burn inside with our dog because heating system showed 27.9c inside in the evening.

The only disadvantage, but quite significant one - there is no air conditioner in the room. There is an air heater, however it does not cool the room, just because of its different function.

If we do not consider air conditioners, everything was just perfect!

No air conditioner!! I had my room on the east side. The room was very hot and I had difficulty sleeping there at night. Even during the day room was very warm.

minus- no bathrobes in the room. They brought them back a second time on request. And it is very strange that the mini-suite has a kitchenette with all the utensils, tools and a microwave, but no stove. We didn't need it, but it would be handy for a stay with children.

The hotel is excellent and fully met our expectations. The hotel's terrace offers beautiful views of the Low Tatras. The view from the room's balcony is also good. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, and there is a wide choice, but the food was the same for all four days. Out of 7 or 8 hot dishes, only one changed and the rest were repeated every day.

When we arrived the room was a bit hot, and no aircondition applied in the room. Parking is a bit confusing, but if you stay more days, you can easily get used to it. Also we couldn’t find any printed house rules, of course it might be that we just simply couldn’t find it :)

Comfortable room, great breakfast, spacious balcony. Free parking at the hotel, if the gate does not open just ring the reception!

An incredible hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed as a group of 5 in a superior apartment, and we amazed by the quality of the space and the size of the apartment. The apartment was well furnished with a huge living space and kitchen area. The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were very comfy. The views from the wrap around balcony were absolutely unreal, looking over the forests and valley below. There were also two bathrooms which was a nice touch considering we were only a group of 5. The hotel is in great condition and had a good variety at breakfast. When we arrived to breakfast the hotel manager appeared and asked us if there was anything we needed and even asked the chef to do some more breakfast bits just for us, which was really nice. The hotel is in a great location just short walk from the mountain train. There were also good options to eat nearby. Would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Just a small thing: small dining room to my opinion, tables too close to each other and still not enough tables for all guests during rush hour.

Great rooms, beds, bathroom, food, staff, services, location, everything worth 4 stars. The skibus every half hour is a great thing. We loved the Christmas decoration everywhere, they took it really seriously. Minibar in the room free of charge and refilled every day. Nice mountain view. Private parking.

The location is perfect, we had a gorgeous view from our room window. Breakfast and dinner were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were all kind. There is also a garage for cars, a supermarket a few steps away, and a playground right outside. There’s a train station down the road, and it’s a beautiful walk to the lake, ski resort, and other areas. Perfect for families (and also dog friendly!) 😍 We will surely be back!

Each day we asked about accessibility to activity room (billiard, table tennis, etc.) but we got still the same response " tomorrow it should be open". We spent in Hotel only 2 nights, so I hope they will fix it as soon as possible. Cozy wellness is gratis as well, but one sauna was not working. There is no tea or coffee while room is equipped with kitchen and kettle.

Location is just perfect, directly by the lake. Breakfast and dinner were varied and tasty. Room was really spacious with a nice mountain view. There is also a mini bar free of charge. Hotel is providing free Ski bus service so you just need to call to reception about 20 minutes in advance. Parking is in underground garage.
