Good location, free parking, pizzéria was open until 10 PM ön the spot ön Sunday as well. Breakfast was also good value. Tidy.

The first thing that I really did not like was a persistent pressure from me to perform online check-in. When an accommodation persists so hard in taking away my free time for something like this and for their benefit, makes me quite frustrated. The second detail was the fact that the interior of the room was equipped with old, worn out furniture and the curtain on the window simply could not darken the room and consequently the quality of the sleep was not on a satisfactory level.

The property itself is a building with historical value and that should be appreciated. It is very centrally located and it truly represents a convenient place to stay while in Banská Štiavnica, firstly because of its private parking and secondly because of its restaurant and a pizzeria. It is within a walking distance to the majority of the attractions and there are so many of them in this town that really represents a true treasure chest and one of the most specific in entire Slovakia. The rooms are spacious and quite calm, allowing for a good night rest.

The whole structure is very "traditional", i.e. hasn't been refurbished for long. Restaurant seems not to be frequented much, may have seen better times, unheated.

Good value for money, clean, very good beds, quiet, reception is staffed and welcoming. Ample parking space directly in the front yard. Excellent location in historic town core. Heating works well on a cold October day. Rich breakfast. Traditional charme.

It wasn't a problem for us but our room had 2 levels and the spiral staircase was very tight, so that might be a problem for some people. Some sharp edges in the room could've been better marked or protected with a small rubber piece as we hit our heads into them a couple of times

Nice room with good facilities. The bathroom was clean, everything was working. The breakfast was very varied and tasty. We had 24/7 access to the rooms even when the reception wasn't open via a code

Parking is not guaranteed, you need to be there at the right time to get a spot. We didn't know that the wellness costs extra, until we were already on the property. The stairs in our room were cute, and I don't have a problem with stairs, but for some people in my family, it would have been a big hardship to have the bed upstairs. I didn't know about the stairs until I saw the room. (Maybe it was in the fine print?). We weren't impressed with the restaurant for dinner. It really didn't match up with the rest of our experience at the hotel at all. The atmosphere wasn't inviting. It was cold and dark outside on the patio.The menu was disheveled, the outdoor tables were crumbly. It could be because it was an hour before closing on a weeknight, but we didn't even order; we moved to the Pizzeria instead.

The hotel was cuter in person than in the pictures. There is free parking. The location was perfect, walking distance to all of the downtown tourist attractions. The reception was easy to work with, helpful and informative. The pizzeria is absolutely charming. Our room was interesting with a terrace and a loft. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect.

Just one thing, which is more of a personal preference. Bed mattress was medium soft, which was too soft for me as I am used to medium firm mattress.

Great location with walking distance to all key sights in Banska Stiavnica! The receptionists were really nice and gave us great advice on what to see and what's the best way how to get to sights, such as the Calvary. Breakfast included bread, cheese, salami, ham, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, sweet pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and juice. It was available between 8am and 10am. Bathroom offered hand soap, shower gel, as well as small and big towel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We chose the hotel because of it's yard where we could park our motorcycles. The location is exceptional, because it's in the center of the old town. We had dinner in the hotel pizzeria in the separate building. The breakfast was also delicious.
