The room was without balcony, although the description of the triple room said it had a balcony. So the description is not true.

Hotel is located in the town center in front of the pedestrian street. The room was clean. Parking just behind the hotel and cost 7€ per day (to reach the parking you will have to drive via pedestrian street). Breakfast 7€. Air conditioning also for additional cost of 7€ per day.

Very good location, close to castle. Staff was very friendly and available. Good breakfast, spacefull parking, accessible only from walking area, which is a bit strange, but nice.

There was a strange odor sensed in the room right after arrival and it turned out that it was a sewer hole in the shower. Nothing that one or two hours of venting wouldn't solve; still, it wasn't pleasant.

Bojnice City is amazing and the pension is located right in the middle of everything, the parking in the limited access area as a part of the pension is perfect, I was accommodated in a room in the farthest building from the main building and that was absolutely brilliant.

The shower was a bit crazy, it wouldn’t stay on the wall and sprayed everywhere no matter how much you tried to stop it. In the minutes it took you to get it under control the hot water was gone and you got a cold shower. Then you will waste half of the towels provided to wipe up the flood. Also if I had kids I wouldn’t advise to bring them here, the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors … and all their “delights” even with their tv being on full volume and ours to block their noises. Overall a pleasant place to stay minus a few small details, I would stay there again

Full bin, not enough towels, not soup in the shower, not enought hot water. When taking the shower, hot water was enough just for 1 person, than cold water was running. Parking fee same as elswhere near the castle Bojnice.

Wasn't really clear that the aircondition was not included in the booking price. We had to pay this extra on location. This should be more visible on the booking.com website.

Location is great! Sturdy bed and good working aircondition.

The WiFi was present, however, without a signal at all. The manager had a technician on vacation so there wasn't repair provided until the rest of the week. The other WiFi in the front part of the pension was fully functional and with a strong signal, so one can expect the second router will have the same strong signal once it is functional.

The breakfast wasn't included in our stay. Originally, our room was quite small for three coworkers, however, the manager offered us a much bigger room for the same price which was absolutely perfect. Free parking was provided in the pension area so there was a very small possibility of being robbed or the car being damaged.

Only thing was odd, we had to pay by cash, and finding that much cash was a bit difficult, other than that everything was excellent.

the room was really small, but cousy, each corner was used effectively, and the bathroom was as well really small but oddly cute and very clean! I liked it very much. Usually we come to the hotel only the night to sleep, for sleeping that was more than I needed, and really nice terrace makes the small room very charming. especially the walking distance to the Castle, and zoo, everything is around, really nice to stay.

Surprisingly cozy and nice hotel, within walking distance from Bojnice Castle! Very kind host, easy check in. Own private parking on site. A colorful room with ethnic elements. We had our own terrace with a great view of the boulevard and the castle. The hotel has everything to create a wonderful romantic atmosphere. After a tour of the castle, you can have a good time in one of the nearby restaurants, which are close to the hotel, a great many. I recommend.
