The restaurant directly at the accommodation was closed, but the staff recommended excellent alternatives nearby.

The accommodation in Rajecké Teplice met all our expectations. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help, which made our stay much more pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh dishes. The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a weekend of relaxation. Rajecké Teplice is an ideal place for a romantic or relaxing trip for two. We definitely recommend it!

Just to improve maybe...the towels in the room were not really good quality, and missing towel for drying hands. No shower curtain or door to avoid water all over the floor. But the rest was perfect, all good. Nice, confortable beds. Spacious room. Great view.

The place is really nice, clean. The personal welcoming is appreciated. Parking place good, enough place. Breakfast was good, missing just croissant and maybe fresh pressed orange juice. But it is only extra. Otherwise great ;-)

Bathroom was a little old and dirty. Not up to Slovak standards. Communication with the receptionist on site (on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday) was very poor, she even appeared superficially rude. Unlike the receptionist present on the Monday which could speak English and was friendly. I suggest the manager to have a word with the first receptionist.

Large bedroom - good location close to the Aphrodite spa. Ample parking space. Easy comms through booking.com. Very warm room (Winter in SK).

Place itself, especially rooms would need little update.

Property itself is located right in the centre, with own land for parking. Biggest asset is the staff, super lovely and nice people willing to step out and help as much as possible. Our checkin lady was amazing, she even found something little to eat for my kids while we arrived late evening. Breakfast staff was excellent and guy at checkout was super nice too. Breakfast bar was great enough. We even used private spa which was super worth it.

The receptionist tried to increase the price by about 1€ claiming the city tax went up and it was not yet updated in Booking price. (The city tax was visible on Booking up front, but lower amount). I have never encountered such sneaky attempt at price increase. The receptionist gave me a paper with "optional" consent to my personal data, including sending spam emails and SMS to me, claiming it is mandatory. The form did not even include both "I agree" and "I disagree" , It was only possible to agree, even when in the same paper, it was written that it is optional. I have visited many accommodations so far and this is the first time I encountered an optional consent which is mandatory.

I requested two separate beds which has been approved, but not provided to us, the room was very small unlike on the picture. We could not move around the bed, we could hear all neighbors talking, unpleasant odor in the bathroom, no hot water in the morning. No lift,so not suitable for people with mobility issues. I would not stay here again.

Location, price was reasonable for Rajecke Teplice.

The breakfast was not that great but ok. The biggest disappointment was the bed in the apartment. Extreme bad and old mattress which need to be changed immediately. I was basically sleeping on pure wood :(

Lovely staff who were helpful even though they couldn't speak to me in English. The breakfast was the best I had in my travels around Germany, Austria and Slovakia. The room was comfortable and close to the centre of the village.

Everything was lovely, welcoming - no option for late check out, which I understand.

Great location, clean and comfortable cozy room, quiet at night. Breakfast nice enough too. Short walk from Afrodita spa. Restaurants in very close proximity. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

Wifi was a decent speed (15-30 mbps) in the common area and in our room but it kept dropping in & out and eventually went out at 10pm and never came back on. Since the reception was closed we couldn't ask about it. As a result, it was tough to work and the TV didn't work due to lack of wifi. Also, the walls were very thin and we could hear other people in the hotel talking. Would have also liked to have a fan in the room! Restaurant was closed for dinner when we were there

I was disappointed that no one told us in advance that we have to prebook sauna. When we arrived no one was a reception anymore. We arrived around 5.30 - reception was meant to be open till 6pm. Maybe the hotel should give people who only stay one night the chance to pre book. If I had known this (that i won't be able to use Sauna) I would habe chosen a different place to stay.

The room was nice and clean, very comfortable, easy check in. Overall a very nice and relaxing place to be staying at.
