Location, Breakfast, Kind staff, big parking

Broken window (we were freezing one night, then solved next day), smell in the bathroom, jacuzzi out of service (not mentioned during booking)

The accommodation in Rajecké Teplice met all our expectations. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help, which made our stay much more pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh dishes. The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for a weekend of relaxation. Rajecké Teplice is an ideal place for a romantic or relaxing trip for two. We definitely recommend it!

The restaurant directly at the accommodation was closed, but the staff recommended excellent alternatives nearby.

Place was beautiful furnished, clean. Personell had a great energy and helpful. Only missing peace was a little fridge in room.

The place is really nice, clean. The personal welcoming is appreciated. Parking place good, enough place. Breakfast was good, missing just croissant and maybe fresh pressed orange juice. But it is only extra. Otherwise great ;-)

Just to improve maybe...the towels in the room were not really good quality, and missing towel for drying hands. No shower curtain or door to avoid water all over the floor. But the rest was perfect, all good. Nice, confortable beds. Spacious room. Great view.

Large bedroom - good location close to the Aphrodite spa. Ample parking space. Easy comms through booking.com. Very warm room (Winter in SK).

Bathroom was a little old and dirty. Not up to Slovak standards. Communication with the receptionist on site (on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday) was very poor, she even appeared superficially rude. Unlike the receptionist present on the Monday which could speak English and was friendly. I suggest the manager to have a word with the first receptionist.

Property itself is located right in the centre, with own land for parking. Biggest asset is the staff, super lovely and nice people willing to step out and help as much as possible. Our checkin lady was amazing, she even found something little to eat for my kids while we arrived late evening. Breakfast staff was excellent and guy at checkout was super nice too. Breakfast bar was great enough. We even used private spa which was super worth it.

Place itself, especially rooms would need little update.

The receptionist tried to increase the price by about 1€ claiming the city tax went up and it was not yet updated in Booking price. (The city tax was visible on Booking up front, but lower amount). I have never encountered such sneaky attempt at price increase. The receptionist gave me a paper with "optional" consent to my personal data, including sending spam emails and SMS to me, claiming it is mandatory. The form did not even include both "I agree" and "I disagree" , It was only possible to agree, even when in the same paper, it was written that it is optional. I have visited many accommodations so far and this is the first time I encountered an optional consent which is mandatory.

They could use new mattresses- there were "dents" for my wife and I to sleep in.
