We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineCame as a family in the evening. We booked a family suite that accommodates 8 people and a certain level of comfort. As a result, we got a dirty room with 3 beds for the same price (you could only pay in cash). There was no comfort at all. The window in the bathroom is broken, someone else's hair is on the floor, there is no hand soap, three small packets of shampoo for three people. The door to the corridor is very thin, you can hear everything that happens behind it. There was also a refrigerator and a TV in the room, but we did not use them. The bed is relatively clean, but the feeling of dirt did not leave, because there was a lot of different dust on it. I can't understand why this place has such a high rating...

SloveniaSome spots weren't exactly the cleanest, sometimes a bit sticky to the touch. The TV in the room was not working. The location is not great, I didn't seems there is a lot to do nearby, you have to drive to get to interesting places.
The lady was friendly. Desn't speak English (I think), only German. The room was alright, comfortable beds, enough space. There is a small fridge in the room.

For the price it is cheap, if you are not picky might be a place just to sleep.

RomaniaThere are big cleaning issues here. I had to ask them to change my room, as the linen were stained and there was hair all over in the bathroom. I really appreciated that they changed my room and even upgraded it to a double-room apartment. It was a bit better, but still did not feel clean at all. Even if it was very cheap, I don't think it's a good value for the money, as I value cleanliness over everything else.
There's free parking in the yard. You can pay with a credit card, which was very helpful for me, as I did not have cash on me.
