We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The room was very good, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable base for our trip. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with a wealth of information about local attractions, must-see sights, and even where to find shops and restaurants. We truly appreciated these valuable tips! The location is fantastic, with High Tatras and Strbske Pleso just a 15-minute drive away. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely return on our next visit to the area!

The receptionist Bianca was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us some ideas on where to explore and organised our private wellness (spa) at the hotel which was perfect. Wellness (spa) was very clean and the massage was lovely

I had a really great stay at this property. It is in a little village, which was really peaceful. I had a car, so it was a good central point for the areas I wanted to visit. The single room was very spacious (bigger than I expected from the photos) and the bed was comfortable. It had everything I wanted - kettle, utensils and dishwashing items. There was also a microwave in the corridor. Janka, the receptionist (I hope I got her name right) was really friendly too. I highly recommend this resort if you are exploring the High Tatras area.

Wi-fi connection is a bit weak, but overall once you're connected, there weren't any issues with it. Another thing was the weird placement of electrical sockets: I've had to move the furniture because the sockets were placed right behind the table and the nightstand which all had "backs" so you couldn't just directly plug in your devices. Still, the above is a bit of nitpicking - I didn't have any serious issues with the above.

First of all, the location is superb - it's very close to all the major hiking trails and other places of interest (within 15-25 minutes by car). There's also a small shop within walking distance, too. Second, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The lady at the reception recommended some interesting places to visit around the area (such as restaurants and thermal baths) and even offered various options to save some bucks (such as a card that lets you visit the bath in Poprad for a discounted price). I was also absolutely satisfied with the room and its cleanliness. The view from the balcony on the first floor looked directly at the Lower Tatras. The room was well equipped with everything I needed before my hikes: there's a small fridge, some utensils and other stuff (fork, knife, spoon, mug, glass cup, plate - but you can ask for extra things at the reception, too), an electric kettle, a sink with sponge and dishwashing liquid. The room was also quite spacious, I've got no issues with the heating either. I also had the opportunity to try out the private wellness (which costs an extra 15 EUR for 1 hour, but is completely yours during that time). Everything worked perfectly - the sauna was pre-heated, there's an infrasauna and cold shower, a jacuzzi and bathtub, too. Cleanliness all around. There's also a place to shower after you're done, as well as a separate changing room with a locker to leave your belongings at. Parking was free and in front of the hotel. There's also a charger for electric vehicles. Since I visited Ceresnovy Sad in the off-season (beginning of October), the restaurant wasn't open during my stay though (I was there during weekdays, but the lady at the reception told me the restaurant would be open from Friday to Sunday). All in all, a great price to value ratio.

Hard to communicate in english with the staff. There was a local restaurant/hotel cat, who climbs the table and uses kids sandbox as her litter box, so if you have small kids I would suggest to avoid the sand box.

I'd liked to have some "real" coffee in the morning. Unfortunately there was just an automat which didn't deliver the best coffee. Just plain old filter coffee would have been nice. Other than that, we couldn't complain.

Great was the location, just twenty minutes by car to some hiking trails in the area. Also great was the bistro with some local cuisine and a nice breakfast every morning. The staff was nice and attentive. The room had a balcony and a nice view.

The breakfast :/ on first dat we came at 9 and gid only 2 small sausages and an egg with a few vegetables. Tge second day could choose from the menu. Also, bistro (for breakfast) is located in a different building.

A cozy place with a mountain view! The staff is very polite and welcoming. Close to any hikes you wanna do in Tatras (10-15min car drive). There is also a quite big playground for kids!

The location is a little far from everything, without the car would be difficult. Shops are far away. 2 bistros around.

Very calm and nice. The room is quite spacious with everything you need. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is tasty and rich. Stuff is nice and helpful. The bistro in the hotel, where we have dinner, serving delicious food.

Great place to stay: close to Strbske Pleso and Poprad city. The hotel is very comfy, the room was very clean, large and warm, with perfect water flow in the shower. It was very quiet as the room is located in a small village. Breakfast is typical for hotels, but for such price it was included, so I can't complain. Staff was helpful as well. I liked my overnight stay a lot and will be definitely back.

standard room is quite small no room service for short stays ! restaurant - I would definitely not recommend to anybody to eat here. Very poor quality of the offered food and the prices are just ridiculous. Yo can have both better and cheaper food at tatra's mountain chalets.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The room are big and clean. The bathroom is clean and the shower pressure is great. The balcony is very big. There are parking spaces available. The breakfast is very good and there are plenty of choices. The people who work here are all very friendly. To go to the high tatras ( strbske pleso) it is a 17min drive with the car. If you there go and you have time - book the private welness. It is truly amazing for the price (30euro 2pp 1h). We also booked a massage and it was very good aswell! I highly recommend this place!
