We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A nice small hotel, with very clean and fresh rooms, bathroom with floor heating, and a big restaurant - pub with many kinds of beer. A free parking outside. Hotel is located in the centre of Rajecke Teplice.

AustraliaWe had an awesome stay in penzion flamm! So handy to the spas in town, the locally brewed beer was great and you are given a free drink voucher on arrival with 2 in the fridge in your room. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the on site restaurant was delicious

SlovakiaVery rude cook! We ordered one ham and eggs and we asked very politely if we can order second meal of eggs and have cheese instead of ham. Waitress went to ask their cooks into the kitchen and we could clearly hear two people (man and woman) yelling and complaining about our request. In the end waitress cam back and said cheese substitute is not possible, so we asked (politely) to just have plain fried eggs. When the eggs came out the ham and eggs were fine but the fried eggs were completely burnt!!! It was such an obvious provocation from the cook. We got very angry and said that we could hear cooks yelling about our request before and then they burnt it. Waitress was very polite and said sorry for the burnt eggs, she also apologized for us hearing the cooks’ reaction to. Seriously, we have never experienced such a behavior from staff. Very disappointing end of our stay.
