The staff was very kind and attentive to guests, ready to help and make us feel comfortable. The room was lovely, bright and clean. We had an absolutely terrific stay here. We'll come back next year.

The comforters weren't very clean. We were itching a little in the night. The washing machine didn't work. To be fair, the host did offer to wash our clothes for us and sun dry them. But it would have been more convenient if the machine was working.

It's a very cosy apartment. The staff was very helpful. And we can even use the jacuzzi and sauna for free.

Nothing :) The excellent staff made our stay perfect. They were very friendly and accommodating. The place is excellent as you have parking just next door, and there is a great sauna and relaxing space. We were traveling with our big dog and a baby and they made the stay very comfortable for us. Thank you!

This place was very good choice to stay in Poprad! They offered excellent breakfast - there was everything - eggs, meat, sweets, fruits, yogurts, and good coffee. They have a restaurant and spa. The staff is very friendly! I would go there again.

No real place to gather for example to play cards or so with friends. We got one room for one night to gather so it was nice!

I missed CNN or other Englishspeaking TV channels.

An excellent choice in Poprad about 1km walk from the city centre. Large rooms with very nice rustic furniture, very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linnen. Excellent breakfast; we even had freshly picked blueberries for our youghurt/ musli. We were handled by englishspeaking staff, in particular Sonya that with her kindness and understanding made our stay the very best. Will forever remember that I was given the Benedict porcelain cup from Karlovy Vary at departure.

The studio apartment had no windows to the street. It was right next to the final station of the tram, so we heard them passing by from the room. The bedsheets were not clean and there were food left at the fridge:(

- There was no one to receive us (even though we arrived at 5 pm, not too late), they hid the keys for us and tried to explain how to get into the apartment, which wasn't so easy because we had to go through bushes with all the suitcases, it wasn't a pleasant reception. - When arrived it turned out that they made the bed for 4 people only, while in our booking it was clear that we were five. They came to make the bed for the fifth person, but still, it wasn't a pleasant welcome experience... - The staff didn't speak too much English, I found it hard to communicate to them. - They had rough manners, they took our plates in the middle of our breakfast, I had to ask them to not take it, as we haven't finished yet, it was like they wanted us to finish breakfast and be out. They were not friendly at all. - No one answered my questions in email. Before arriving I tried to communicate several times to the Pension in messages, but I got response hours later, they misunderstood my question, and they never responded some of my questions (for example about using the wellness that was listed here as a service).

The Apartment itself was nice, comfortable for a family, even with 3 kids. The breakfast was okay.

Breakfast was not included into the price, although I showed proper information from Booking (Breakfast included through Genius program). There were some room decorations that were super dusty. I don't understand the concept of a bed lamp without any available sockets next to it... We had to replug lamp from other side of the bed into the bathroom socket to free the other one and plug the lamp. One of the TV remote controls had it's batteries exploited and we had to switch them, and use TV front panel in order to use it. You can see your partner pooping in the bathroom while lying on the bed, through the door glass...

Bed was extremally comfortable, sheets were great - not thick enough to make you sweat and not thin to make you cold during the night. There is a free car parking available next to the object. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom door is transparent.

Really nice and clean property. The location is fantastic. The staff was really nice , prepared omelette for us.
