Tomas was extremely helpful - he gave me some good hiking recommendations, taking into account the limited time I was there. And after an unsuccessful attempt to buy a needle and thread in the shops in town, Tomas came to the rescue again! Breakfast was also included in the price, making the whole stay very good value for money.

It was really hot in our room and if you open the window you hear constructions near by from 7 am. Also very low ceilings so we were bumping our heads all the time

Location was good, breakfast also good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also we stayed with a dog for 10 eur / night plus. You also can play pool and table tennis for free

Not the hotel's fault at all but I didn't realise how quiet this time of year was. I was literally the only person staying in the hotel. As there were no members of staff staying overnight this felt quite spooky at times. As I said, certainly not the hotel's fault, but if I was going to come again I would choose a different time of year.

Location was excellent. Just a short walk to ski lifts/train station etc. Staff were polite and friendly. Tomasz on Reception couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome and comfortable, he's a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. Hotel was very quaint and nicely decorated.

The property’s location was superb, close to the property was a restaurant serving great traditional slovak “halušky”. The staff was superb as well. Prior to our arrival, they contacted us asking about our time of arrival and they also wished us safe travels as we were arriving rather in the dark. When I was unpacking the luggage from the car, the staff offered their help to carry the luggage. They kindly lent us the electric kettle and hair dryer for our stay. When we’ve asked to borrow a knife, I could even hear the staff sharpening the knife. To be honest, this was the best staff I’ve experienced in my lifetime. The breakfast was delicious and the room wqs very clean

The location is amazing. 12 min walk from the the station. Lift to Lomnicky Stit 2 -3 min by walk . My room had the view or the mountains and the Lonnicky Stit same as well is the view from your breakfast table. Very clean, wonderful staff who were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the property is just beautiful. Close to other restaurants and other lifts. I was very satisfied!!

The room was cramped. Not enough space for a longer trip, better for an overnight. Also very hot inside, maybe it works in the winter… Breakfast was all meat and bread, very poor vegetarian options (eggs, cereal and slices of cheese). Nothing for vegans (well maybe few fruits). No hairdyer. Also everyday someone checked our room, but nothing was changed. Maybe it’s room service looking for thrown towels or something, but I would prefer if we would be noticed about this. WiFi didn’t work for whole stay.

Very clean, very silent. There were wild deers coming in late evening every night. Dog friendly. Staff wad very friendly. View from the balcony was amazing.

The location was exceptional, close to the mouintain trails, city center and railway station. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet area. The breakfast very tasty with great variety of products. Kind & very helpful staff. Beautiful view of the Lomnica pick :)

I stayed for 3 days in this hotel. This is the best I could find in terms of price and quality. The staff is nice, the rooms are cleaned and tidied, the sound insulation of rooms good enough, the breakfast is amazing, the transport communication is fantastic, especially if you plan to go hiking around in the Slovakian mountains, got a free and safe parking for your car. I really recommend to stay here.

The room was on the top floor, so in some places, the room height was "eaten" by a slanted roof and I couldn't stand to full height

Absolutely everything! The staff was helpful and flexible about the check-in/check-out times. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. Good parking space. Extra fee for staying with the dog was 10 euros per night. Very close to the cable car

We have room on the second floor with the roof shape, sometimes we hit the head, but we booked this room and we were aware about this room situation, still great value for money.

Cozy rooms, very warm, excellent breakfast including hot options, really nice size of shower, tv and comfy bed. Ski lifts are 7 minutes walking distance and free parking in front of the entrance. The staff was always ready to help and even they prepared an early breakfast for us.

A perfect place to stay and be cosy in the cold winter days. The property is so warm and comfortable, beautiful decoration, the fireplace in the lobby, the view from the restaurant… it’s just magical!

There didn't appear to be any way to control the temperature in the room. It was too warm for me to sleep easily. I had to open the balcony door for brief periods to let some cold air in. This was not a good environmental solution...

Friendly, helpful staff. Good view from room. Good breakfast. Billiard table was a plus.
