Our room was an east orientated so got heat soon morning during a summer , not a big issue for us because we spent just 1 night but if you stay longer ask for a pilot for AC (small extra charge)

Named "pension" but it is a huge hotel size in reality. Convienient parking , nice room , pleasant quiet environment (nice park) , close to the city center. Good breakfast.

The only one thing what was bad. The beds. The matraces were so uncomfortables. If it were comfortable my rateing could be 80 or 90%, but because of that, it is under 70. The other strange thing is the glass "table in the room". In the middle of the room, on a new colourfull carpet is a glass table. You cannot use it as a table, because it is not a function table, just a design one. But because it is maden from glass, I kicket my legs 2 times on it, becuase it is not visiable.

The location is good. The staff persons are kind. The building is an old comference, wedding hall (built maybe during socialist are) but renewed, and the room are available with useing hidden stairs, but it's okay.

The smell of oldness that you feel in other hotels as well but it is more noticeable there..it all depends how much you care about it of course. Also staff hardly speak English though there were always people around to help me out.

There are two huge spaces/halls downstairs for festivities or parties (which were luckily empty at the time of our stay) that you had to cross to get to the rooms which are upstairs on the first floor but there is no lift so you have to carry your bags on the stairs. The choice at the breakfast was limited.

The room was large and clean. The price of the room with breakfast included was very good.

Everything is very bad, it's like the Soviet Union. To get to the hotel rooms you have to go through a large hall, then through the bar, then up the stairs, there is no elevator. The room was very dirty, the linen seemed to have not been washed or changed. There was absolutely no cleanliness, they only threw out the garbage. I used the breakfast once, it was very bad, I didn't go to the restaurant on the other days. The hotel has a large banquet hall, which is not mentioned in the description. During 2 of the 4 days I spent at the hotel, there was a concert and a big event that lasted all night and disturbed our rest. It is true that after my complaint they gave me a refund, but that is no excuse. This was the worst hotel in my life.

The only thing that was normal and can be considered positive is the location of the hotel, as it is in the center.

The room (including the fridge) was not clean, not to mention the bathroom. Dusty sink with toothpaste leftovers, the toliet… no comment.

Facilities are quite old and some renovation would be welcome. There was a bad smell comming in from the toilete. Breakfast poor considering the price. Overall construction is mediocre so you can hear even when people walk.

Location is very close to the city center but still quiet during the night (windows are facing local park). 24/7 reception in case of late arrival.

The personnel does not speak English, German, French or other language. They have mistaken the room.

The Hotel is in the city center, near the sightseeings. It has private free parking for the guests.
