The bathroom smelled of sewage despite the room being on the third floor. Additionally, it seemed that not all items in the room were cleaned (for example, toothbrush holing cup in the bathroom had toothpaste stains in it).

The property was right in the city center. Everything was within walking distance.

The check in process was a bit of a pain as the number to unlock the door didn't work, and the owner took a few hours to respond. Some other guests were also locked out. When we had the right number, it worked fine. We were originally in the Samurai room, which we didn't like as the AC didn't work and it was very cramped with no storage. The decor was a bit overwhelming too. We wouldn't recommend the Samurai room at all. The rooms are on the top floor which is a bit hard-going as there are no lifts. You certainly need to be fit to make it up and down! While the Mona Lisa room is a hidden gem, it doesn't come equipped with blinds, so the sun wakes you first thing. Moreover, it would have been helpful to have some spare pillows (but that's a minor thing).

Location is exceptional for the price. It is right in the heart of the city, close to the Danube. The Mona Lisa room is spacious, great aircon, and has a fantastic bath. You can see the spire of St. Martin's cathedral. It was clean and the communal areas had good facilities (microwave, washing machine, etc). 1000% recommend it.

The room was very dirty with all kinds of hairs on our sheets and pillow cases & was dust everywhere. On the first night we considered moving hotels as the sheets were disgusting as they also had stains. We also messaged the host multiple times about the location of the hairdryer but we were ignored multiple times and were never told during our 3 night stay, so resorted to using the fan instead. The hand-wash in the bathroom kept disappearing so had to use the shower gel in the shower instead. The walls were very thin and were woken up multiple times by neighbours being loud. The WiFi was atrocious and rarely worked, or would disappear randomly, and to make it worse, the TV wouldnt pick up any channels so it was quite boring at the hotel as we couldn't do much. We spent most of our time outside as we are on holiday of course, but having somewhat decent WiFi at a hotel is important. Furthermore,, the bathroom door has a large see-through glass part so showering and using the toilet was awkward, and the holder for the shower head was broken. Also, there were mysterious stains and marks around the bathroom walls, dirty floors, and another visitor had left the toilet bowl in 'brown' condition which had to be cleaned. But the cherry on the cake was that the pillows were very very uncomfortable... Overall, this is a hotel with an amazing location but it is dirty with highly unhelpful staff.

Location is great, right in the middle of the city in a historical building. The decoration was unique and fun - we particularly enjoyed our Batman x Catwoman mural. The shower was nice with good pressure and the AC/bedroom fan was good. We were provided with lots of toilet paper and the kitchen amenities were good. The mattress was comfortable and the bed was large.

When I arrived the pillowcases had not been cleaned properly and had stains on them. Also, the towels although provided were quite dry and rough. The room could have done with a depose clean, nothing dirty just dust and some touch ups needed! The rooms are also at the top of a lot of stairs, which was fine but would be a problem if this was something you were looking to avoid. A little difficult to find as it is off the street in a side street facing a lovely bakery

Location of the apartment was excellent! It was right in the centre of the old town, walking distance to everything & really easy to get to from the airport! It had lots of great restaurants, bars & shops nearby! I had the Mona Lisa suite which had an incredible bath that had to be taken advantage of! Room was quiet & had everything you needed! Really lovely building & staircases were beautiful up to the rooms.

I had troubles checking in since there is no personnel in the inn. We couldn't open the gate. Our room was too small to have a double bed, door didn't open properly. Also, our room had signs of breaking in. It was sketchy to sleep there.

The room with ensuite bathroom was pretty dirty and one bathroom’s floor’s tile was broken, thus quite dangerous. I found dust, spiderwebs, an empty beer can behind the bed and the toilet’s bin full of the previous guest rubbish. Also, the aircon was old and very noisy.

The location of the apartments is really central and close to everything you need for a short stay. The building is really fascinating and I was surprised that I did not hear any noise from the outside.

The palace is beautiful, situated nearby the most important places to visit. It was easy to enter, the information we’ve got was satisfactory!

The toilet is in the same room as the shower and there is just one for the entire floor. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom. The door lock to my room was probably broken at some point and was hotfixed in a way that made me feel like I will accidentally break it just by opening the door.

The inn is located right in the middle of the city and the old town and everything is nearby. The price is decent and the owner communicated well.

I had first James bond, room was cold, heater didnt work, i slept with my sweatpants and a pull because its was that cold The shower was not in the room, i had to share with another room. Water was icecold!! Door had visible glass so you can see inside when you're on the toilet The next day the owner response on my message and she gave me a upgrade to another room (mona lisa). Which was warmer

Well, I’m not sure where to start. The hostess was very nice and gave clear directions on how to get in. I realize it was my mistake booking a room without a private bathroom, and I didn't notice until I arrived. However, the shared bathroom was a disaster—it wasn’t clean, and there was no toilet paper, likely because the other guest used it all. As for the room, it wasn’t properly cleaned either; I found the previous guest’s socks under the small table, which was pretty disgusting.

Loads of steps without elevator could have been mentioned (not easy with suitcases). Toilet VERY dirty what wasn’t great for the first impression … and bed not really comfortable with no real pillows. I would say it’s good for 1 or 2 nights maximum.

Location was perfect, communication with owner easy and quick. Good amenities (iron, washing machine, commun fridge, little kitchen etc..)

Once I had the key, the way to the apt was only on a door that was open. I did not initially realise there was Glass walkway 3 floors up to access rooms - no mention in write up/description of property. (This caused an unexpected panic attack) No shower head on the shower.. Rusty sink with dripping hot tap - old toilet roll jammed behind tap to stop it dripping. Bathroom door handle came off. Nearly got stuck in bathroom. Did query all this with host but no reply from them

Instructions to get into property were okay. Comfy bed. clean room.

Climb to the third floor with no lift. Walls were painted with murals but were very dirty. Leak in bathroom sink meant a plastic bucket was required to catch drips.
