Rooms were a bit too warm

Very clean, good breakfast, rooms were a bit warm though. The receptionist was very friendly!

Sauna is listed as a feature but the area was closed, so no sauna here. Same for the bar: it was closed 24/7.

Breakfast was quite good however lacks variety. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room is clean and exatly what we expected.

The breakfast could be a bit bigger selection, but all in all it was also OK.

It was much better than I expected. Very good quality hotel, nice, clean, comfortable beds and very close to the hiking trail starting points.

Not deal breaker things: - A breakfast would have been favourable to have in the hotel restaurant (okay, we came in the off-season)... - If only the shower cabin had glass doors instead of those sticky plastic curtains...

Superb location near the northern entrance of the Slovensky Raj National Park. Stylish interior. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. The hotel was silent and peaceful: we enjoyed it. The room and bathroom were clean and well equipped. The overall service of the hotel scored well above the one star level.

There isn't anything but have some suggestions. There was not enough shampoo/shower gel for 2 people staying 5 nights, had to go to a store to buy our own. Really missed a great coffee for breakfast as there was is only the instant coffee, however the one available was decent. WiFi in the room was not the best, it did not reach properly to the whole room and every evening at 21:30, it stopped working on the TV.

Everything was very good. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating during breakfasts as well. Location is outstanding for visiting Slovenský raj. Rooms are very clean, very comfortable and there was a fridge in the room which was great, however the fridge needs to be maintained by the hotel. Towels are very comfortable, shower is clean as well as toilet. Very happy with our overall stay, will definitely be back!

would have been nice to know in advance of all the extras available before arriving such as breakfast.

Although at the time of writing this review the hotel is only rated as a 1 start it is clearly more. All newly refurbished and I assume just waiting for the new star rating. More facilities available than published such as breakfast bar and evening meals. Good location to start your walking in Slovak Raj. Lovely couple running the hotel.

There is a smell issue in the building. Whan we arrived in the bathroom there was mouldsmel. in order to get rid of it I turned on ventiilation system - then I could smell all the kitchen fat in our bathroom what wans't nice at all.... The breakfast was so so - with small selection of food and chipest fruts coming wiht pancakes

Freshly renovated hotel lacated in Slovacy Raj. Generally it is a pretty nice place with nice service and very good location. it aslo have a free parking

Everything, owners are super friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite close to slovensky raj entrance, food in the restaurants is really tasty and you can also have some draft beer in the evening. Plus whole building is renovated and clean!

The owner or a member of staff sat down opposite us and looked at us angrily. If we had been told to leave because we had done something wrong, we would have moved away. Communication could be improved! The outside was pure ice and one of our friend slipped and broke his ankle. But it was also our fault because we were in a hurry to go skiing in the morning. Watch out!

The hotel was nice and clean! They were kind enough to let us celebrate in the bar on New Year's Eve! The bar seemed empty and there was no staff for a while, so we took 4-5 glasses down and they were a bit angry about it. Of course we carefully put everything back. Thank you and sorry about that!

The only negatives were that the bar and restaurant weren’t open of an evening. Also the beds were quite hard.

Great location, close to Slovak paradise! The village is a nice place to stay and feels very traditional, not touristy. The hotel was clean, tidy and modern. It was great value for money. Lots of space for parking too!
