Location is the best! We booked room with the lake view, and that was the best decision ! Stunning views! Caffe/restaurant is very cozy and with lots of options. Even for me as a vegan they made some vegan dish and had vegan dessert! Also included breakfast was sooo goood, never ever in my life I had tofu and guacamole at the hotels breakfast!!! Amazing! It was short stay but so enjoyable!

Very minor: I think that the dinner could be included in the base rate. Having full food coverage is common in these types of accommodations.

Beautiful hotel in nice location near the lake. Compared to other similar huts/hotels in the area, this was definitely the best we have been to. Very nice and comprehensive service offering (incl. SPA), good restaurant, super abundant and delicious breakfast (good variety of choices, something that we haven't found in other hotels in the area). The room was simple but had everything needed.

Breakfast was amazing - I counted about 50 items to choose from! Location unbeatable - on the shore of a lake right in the midst of the High Tatra mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was amazing, such a variety of foods. Bed very comfortable. Modern, new and clean shower room. Great location for hiking. Management polite, friendly, efficient and effective. Highly recommend.

There was no normal outlet in the room to charge my phone, only two USB ports. A hairdryer would be useful in the shower room.

The surroundings of the hotel are wonderful. The staff is friendly and the restaurant serves delicious local foods. The breakfast package for early hikers is a big plus. Also the drying room for wet clothes was very useful after the rainy days.

The receptionist, Cathy, was really friendly and very helpful wih my needs. Also, the staff in the restaurant were ready to speak in english anytime. One of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had-really well thought of especialy with different high protein food choices.

The rooms are nothing special, but they do everything you need them to and you are there for the nature anyway.

The view here is STUNNING. The food is also pretty decent and convenient. But more importantly, you can eat it while looking at the beautiful lake.

Unfortunatelly, despite the room for four costing neaŕly 400 euro jusr for two nights, it lacked a badic anemity - electric outlet. This meant we had to get creative just to charge our phones.

It’s mountain hotel , so we shouldn’t expect much comforts. The only thing I didn’t like was the chlorine or other chemicals smell from the toilets at the entire second floor.
