Wonderful place for a holiday! The apartment has a stunning view of the mountains from both the balcony and the terrace — photos don’t do it justice. It’s truly beautiful. We stayed as a family (3 adults and 3 children aged 2, 6, and 7). A baby cot was kindly provided for the little one. The apartment was very clean, nicely renovated, everything was in perfect working order, and the temperature inside was comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owners were wonderful — kind, friendly, and helpful. There’s a café, a grocery store, and a gas station nearby. Tourist destinations are also quite close. In just three days, we visited: • Štrbské Pleso (beautiful lake where we rented a boat) • Štrbské Pleso – Solisko cable car • Treetop Walk Bachledka (we took the funicular up and slid down a 30-meter slide!) • Belianska Cave (incredible stalactite caves) • Kalameny thermal spring • Plus, we walked in a cold mountain river — refreshing and fun! Highly recommended — and we’d love to come back again! Thank you! 🙏🏻

Everything was great. The view is heartbreaking, the host is super kind and friendly. Room is new and clean, it has everything needed for a short or long stay.

The host was very nice and polite, rooms were clean and cosy. There is a house dog which welcomes you, he lives outside, very sweet dog. The place is in quiet location, so the sleep was very good.

There was no hairdryer and the host did not speak english.

Very welcoming owners, perfectly cleaned and without any smell, great location on the hill with awesome view. Sauna with panoramic mountains view and heated barrel-pool! Brilliant grandma (owner) fed us twice with traditional slovak soup - very tasty and warming. They also have beautiful and kind dog which likes cuddles. Jakob and his friends organised an awesome party and invited us: sauna, drinks, emotions - one of the best experiences. Thank you guys for a hospitality! Rooms are clean and warm. Towels are included. You can also hear amazing sounds of birds, sheep and other mountains sounds. The property located right near bus station and shop. You will have great view from your windows, kitchen is fully occupied, and if you need anything owners will bring you what is needed.

It is located on the hill, so there is 1-2 minutes road up, but otherwise you will not have amazing view. So it is definitely worth it.

We had a great time in Zdiar. The host, Zuzana was very kind, she welcomed us with homemade cakes and gave us tips for exploring the area. The room was very tidy with a great view on the mountains. The view from the terrace was spectecular, not to mention the sauna which is more than stunning. It is a lovely place to relax and there are many great hiking trails nearby. Their dogs are adorable.
