Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FinlandThe twin bed as double bed is not the easiest with small kids; as you end up sleepind in the hole. Sound proofing was next to zero, the sound of someone taking a shower in the neighboring room woke us and kept us awake from 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Interior was a little outdate and bathroom had already scratches and holes. And the carpet had seen its best days. There was no possibility of buying room service / ala Carter after the buffet opened. But there are restaurants with walking distance.
Very family / kid friendly, staff was nice and spoke good English. The aquapark was just cross the street. Parking near by.

United KingdomOutside building needs a bit of updating Multi sport court with basketball and tennis and football and ko karts is very run down. No breakfast in room rate. Receptionist who checked me in was very friendliest but didn’t give enough information, especially that if I used the wellness spa with my wrist band I’d be charged.

Czech RepublicOnly problem we had was shower. There was old shower head that had most of holes blocked so rest of them had extremely high pressure which actually hurt, so it would be great if they could upgrade that.
Location was great, free parking nearby, unlimited entry to water park and 1 hour free activity at lake. Food was very tasty and rooms were also nice and clean.
