There is absolutely no air condition in the rooms. They only have heating. So spring and Winter ok, but it may not be convenient in the summer.

Nice hotel with a very good location, service and great selection of food, especially cooked meals are very delicious. Top rating goes definitely to the kitchen staff for preparing such a good meals. Rooms are very clean with a great view of the mountains.

The persistent chemical smell from the room. No idea where it came from, probably the chemicals used for cleaning or from the large wallpaper. There is no AC (and also no insect net). Very small balcony. The cleaning is average.

Perfect hotel in the center of historical town of Banská Štiavnica. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette (fridge, stove, microwave oven, kettle). There was plenty of space in the bathroom with a shower. There was air conditioning in this attic room. The only drawback was the missing curtains on the windows (to dampen the sunlight). The hotel has its own parking lot.

The double rooms are very small, still enough and comfy to stay there but used to have bigger ones. The only big complain is about the BAR which works like its own kingdom. You can't order at the BAR as guys will send you straight to the table where you can wait ages and not see anyone willing to bring you the drink. You can feel everyday how much unhappy they are doing that business...

Hotel is in good location , you can go to the ski slopes on the boot to have a warm-up :). Food and facilities are very good. The pool and saunas are nice. I can recommend the place.

Everything was amazing, we are very satisfied and will come again!

The room is amazing, spacious and very clean! Heating was working very well and we always had hot water, we were on the 4th floor. Food! That’s a separate place for compliments! This is one of the best foods I had! Very rich with all kind of different meats every day, there was also fish. Deserts amazing! Food deserves separate 5 stars! Location also great as you’re close to the train station and it’s easy to get everywhere. Or many of the walking trails start from the hotel. Saunas are also amazing. The Finnish one is a bit small, but the wet one is a special. Also nice pool and table tennis.
