Hotel interior is a bit outdated, but it has its own charm. Communication in english is not always easy. Ski rental is only possible with cash. Also there is no hairdryer in the rooms.

Value for money unbeatable. Location is pretty good, you have to walk 4-5 Min to the slope in the morning, but it is possible to ski down to the hotel. Heated and locked ski room and inhouse ski rental with very reasonable prices. Staff was always very eager to help

Only a short walk from the slopes, all the staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel super welcome. Food was great too!

You have to wait a lot for warm water. The smell is the restaurant sticks to your clothes. It a very “retro” like hotel.

The hotel and furniture is super Old. It is celan however and serves its purpose. It lacks wifi in the rooms, but it is avaialible in the lobby

When we checked in (february 26.) the rudeness and attitude of the receptionist (with blonde hair) was horrible, but after that, all of the employees were super kind with us.

It was in a perfect place, with beautiful view from the balcony. The rooms were really tidy.

The hotel staff, excluding really nice bar tender, was not very polite and helpful. The hotel building brought you back to the eighties, not very clean premises. Distance from the slopes to the hotel was pretty long, especially when the closest lift is not running.

Bar tender was very kind and the bar offering was cheap. Breakfast was ok.

Just an old hotel that is still original from the 1970’s. Nothing has been updated. There is still a weird smell in the rooms and hallways. No room cleaning and bed making daily. Rooms were too warm and so we left the window open every night to sleep.

Food was great. Close to ski lift area. Nice to have ski rental place in hotel. Hot Hot Showers. Beautiful view from the balcony.

There were not a single staff persion who spoke english. The wifi did not work in the room. The TV did not have a cable, so it was basically only a decoration.

You're going to feel like you stepped into a 1980s movie when going to this hotel (you might even like this atmosphere). The furniture and equipment are all the same that were once put there when the hotel was built in the 80s. But you get what you pay for, fancier nearby hotels cost way more... Staff, cleanliness and foods are okay (not too bad, not too good).

The hotel is very old and it hasn't been renovated. It doesn't have any sauna or pool. The food there is not the best quality. On the dinner there are no drinks included, not even water, that's crazy. You have to buy your drink at the bar.

It was a good price. I had breakfast and dinner included. The hotel is pretty close walking to the slope, which is the same one for night skiing. You can rent ski gear in the hotel and it's way cheaper than in the other stores (only cash). The employees were very friendly with me, they really tried to speak English and for that I appreciate it a lot. Overall I had a great experience, if you just want to go there for skiing, this hotel is a good choice.

Everything is between 40-60years old.. some things are broken, exploited.. "Restaurant" serves terrible, low quality food.. bread was the best thing to eat. Fresh and tasty! Heating.. to survive you need to sleep with window open. It's about 30deg in the evening everywhere in the hotel.. It's the cheapest stay there, but in my opinion still highly overpriced to whats its offers. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING MORE THAN ONE NIGHT STAY IN THERE!

Imagine 1987 soviet "Hotel" upgraded with a Wi-Fi. It should be preserved and function as museum.. selling one night visit to experience comunism times. That would be cool thing to do with it! Personel is really nice, receptionists and bartender! Nice short morning warm up slight up hill walk to slope.

there is no wifi from the 2-d to 6 floor. so, be ready use your cell phone internet cause wifi works only on the first floor. I have checked it on every floor. food is terrible. I have tried to eat once and refused to eat it. so was forced to go to eat to other place. so, do not estimate to cover your food expenses by the breakfast and dinner cause food is nauseating. so, I would not recommend this place to stay for. better pay more and get better hotel cause this one is from early 80 or 90 year. everything is so old. inside the lift is a terrible smell like formalin or something like that. I will never rerlturn to this place for sure. Location is relatively good, close to the lift, but the rest is terrible.

Phots don’t match with what is provided. There were not a proper bed I think it was a sofa bed in two. The toilet sit was moving, it was in general old, no many facilities, no hairdresser, breakfast a bit poor, no even fruits.

Unpleasent personel who refused to issue the invoice. Not acceptable quality of food. All in all, very bad customer experience. I do not recommend this place.
