It's not a 4-star hotel. The room was evidently not properly prepared, for example all the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. This is simply not acceptable.

A budget friendly alternative with good position related to city center and parking. Breakfast is rich with a lot of choices.

The gentleman that checked us in seemed a bit rough around the edges, but that may be a cultural gap between westerners and the eastern european sense of service. In any event, the stay was more than pleasant.

We stayed here once night as we were biking the Eurovelo 6 along the Danube river. This place is an excellent place to stay for bikers. There is a great place to store your bike and the location is very good - close to te center of town, close to the bridge over the river and close to the eurovelo path. It is excellent value for money.

wifi in the room and smell in the room.

The room was nice, hotel is in quite place and has good parking, even for bigger cars. Breakfast was normal, quite big choice. Wifi in the room very bad, but in lobby you can work and have free coffee.

Pricing a little steep for low season.

A very peaceful hotel with a terrific front desk staff. Spacious rooms. Quite vintage in its decor but comfortable beds and walk in shower. Free parking.

I do not understand the negative comments written beforehand ... but strange smell does exist probably because of the cleaning materials and upholstered chairs and coaches need refurbishment (some better fabric, which is easier to be cleaned).

Breakfast was satisfactory, and when there were few guests, menu was given to choose from the warm breakfast dishes. Staff was kind and helpful. Thank you for the champagne, water and slippers in the room and free coffe and tee in the lobby, which rarely can be found in other 4star hotels. Balcony is great. Loved pine trees. Location is perfect: 1 tram stop from the center. Be prepared for the very short but steep walkway from the tramstop. Parking is free and safe.

The temperature in the room was too low and the thermostat didn't work. There was an unpleasant smell in the room that we couldn't get rid of.

The rooms and bathrooms need an update. The bathroom was not very clean, found hair on the floor . During our 4 nights stay, they didn't change the towels or clean the rooms not even once. They did refill with toilet paper though, but that was it. They offer a complimentary bottle of champaigne with two champaigne glasses in each room, as it was the New Year's Eve, which was very nice. We didn't got to open ours and on January 1st, the cleaning ladies took it away, which we found was quite rude The mattresses are ok , but the pillows are very uncomfortable.😔

Great, diverse selection of food choices at breakfast. I had the option of having gluten-free bread. The location is in a quite area, close to public transport and around 30 minute walking from old town. Big balcony, you can see the Danube if lucky. Unfortunately, not in our case, it was foggy during our stay. Fridge and sleepers in the room

Rooms could do with more plug sockets - My room only had one in the far corner. Some noise from the corridors if people are talking but not too bad.

Close to the city centre - walkable in about 30 mins next to the river, or only a couple of minutes to the nearest bus and tram stops that will take you in with frequent services. Rooms are very clean. Nice and warm. Reception staff are friendly. Good value for money.

Helpful reception staff. Relaxed atmosphere. A lot of choice at breakfast. Good location less than five minutes to tram stop then five minutes into the centre. Drinks very reasonably priced.

Loud air-condition, so you better run it full for some time before sleeping and then turn it off. Hallway extremelly hot, but nice in a beakfast area and reception lobby.

Big room with balcony, quality equipment, many closets, fridge, good shower, 30€ per staying for a air-conditioned room, which is very much needed, free parking, tram 5 min from a hotel, beautiful walking&cycling zone near Danube river toward cit center, very good breakfast, welcome drink (a champagne) for a new arivals :)

For me, the worse thing was that I sent an email asking to extend my booking (I had a night and wanted to know if I could get another) and after not receiving an answer in the whole day, when I got there at night and asked, the answer was basically "do it in Booking". I had obviously tried on Booking and there were no spots, but I asked the staff because some times hotels reserve spots for their direct sales, which I know due to having worked in the industry in the past. Additionally to that, and knowing that this is all bad luck and can happen anywhere really: -One of the pillows had a small blood stain. -There was an insect walking around the wall which looked like a tick (Ixodes scapularis). I killed it and threw it, but it was unfortunate. -There were a couple of hairs in the floor and the shower which were there before my arrival. The hotel looked cleaned and all these are possibly just bad luck coincidences, but annoyed me a bit.

Room of an adequate size, nice bathroom, transport is incredibly easy to the city centre with tram 9. Elevators and easy to reach.
