Good location in the heart of ski resort, close to the slope and ski elevator. Friendly and helpfull personel, very good food with high variety od products both breakfast and dinner. Ski cases with heating where Perfect espiacially that temperaturę was high and ski equipment including boots was aleays wet at the end of the day

The food was subpar. It was as if we were eating cafeteria food from school.

Hotel is very expensive for what it offers. The only thing that makes you choose it is the location. The hotel is a classic communist hotel with very little improvements. Furniture is very old, rooms are outdated. In the bathroom there is a tub (not shower) with no curtain. Whenever I took a shower I basically got the entire bathroom wet. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was convenient enough. The meals were nothing fancy. Just some food that you can eat to not starve but nothing to be thrilled about.

Queues to the gondolas and chair lifts were very long - about 15 minuts waiting. I didn't like skiers who were skiing too fast and to close to others.

Location is perfect for skiers- you can ski to the lifts and come back skiing to the hotel after your ski trip. However, one should know that threre is no shops in the close vicinity (only some souvenirs shop at the lifts cash desk).

Although the wellness was amazing and it had plenty of options, it was not included in the price. Fortunately, when I booked the room, 2 days were given to us as a bonus so we got to enjoy the facilities.

It was located right next to 2 lifts, which were really easy to get to. The room was clean, but it was obvious that it is an older hotel. The staff was really nice but noone really spoke English. The ski locker room was really well equipped, and everyone had separate lockers that were heated.

Over the course of the week, our room was never properly cleaned, and the sheets/towels were never changed. This wasn’t the end of the world, but was surprising. The room was also definitely smaller than expected.

The food was consistently fantastic. Buffet-style breakfasts and dinners were varied, and included some really well-executed traditional Slovakian cuisine. An unexpected highlight of our stay!

Since we booked a room with short notice, price was high for provided quality of breakfast, dinner and recreation possibilities in the evening. Breakfast was quite basic and heavy, no TV screens in bar area for evening, only one pool table. No shops in area.

Dinner was good, staff was friendly. Pool and saunas are big and good quality, clean and well maintained. After 17:00 it was plenty of space.

Restaurant was average and as there was no other option than take half board package during our stay, we ate every breakfast and dinner in hotel. Food was okay, but sometimes it run out. I am glad we don’t have any diets as there was not much options. Weird thing is that even water is not available in dinner and it was incredible slow to get service to order drinks with food.

Good location for skiing purposes. I liked the locker room possibility (included in room price) and ski rental services in downstairs: very easy for a customer. Service was bit slow in restaurant but always nice when you got it. Rooms are old but clean and safe. Balcony was good thing, as the room got quite hot.

there is no drinking water apart from the cooler at the breakfast. so you either fill in your own bottles during breakfast or find where to buy water. On some days, the omelet was terribly oily and had huge bits of onion. i like onion but that was not edible at all. sausages were just always a disaster - that's not meat guys. as a small addition, i'd appreciate lactose-free dairy products. the pillows are bad, they don't hold shape. uncomfortable.

the location of this hotel is excellent. the fact that you can have half-board is utterly convenient - we did not bother about eating out at all. the food was good. not that many choices but good products overall. always a selection of tasty meat and fish, some vegetarian options as well for our veggie friend. heavenly homemade chocolate-covered buns. own spa zone is amazing, we spent every night at their saunas and pools.

Food choice was a bit limited on the half-board arrangement.

This hotel I think was a relatively budget option in socialist times and has been spruced up since. It is excellent value for money and the spa and swimming pool complex in the basement (which is extra, but reasonably priced) is really good, with a couple of pools and various saunas.

The Hotel is asking extra fee for the Wellness facilities use, and that is dissapointing. In my opinion, this is also a kind of disscrimination to me, as if reservation has been made trough Booking, one has no choice to include the use of Wellness too, and it is charged when tries to use, with a not really friendly fee, contrary to the reservations made directly with the Hotel, where this choice could be made. It seems to me like a cheap marketing cheat, an unfriendly way of being higher on the lists, by keeping komparably lower prices then others, and then surprisingly charging the poor guests when they have no other choice then either use and pay, or to renounce to use. This is also a criticism for Booking.com, since nowhere during the booking process is this remeaked, although I think such matters should.

the food was quite okay, especially the diners. There weren't many choices but those few were delicious.
