Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsLoud music coming from the gym can be heard in the room which can be annoying if you really want peace and quiet. If i had a very heavy luggage it would have been a problem because there's no lift.
It's nicely close to shopping centers and tourist attractions. Buses and trams are very close to the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious for me.

CanadaThe hot water was not working the second day. No problem the first day, so probably just a breakdown.
It is a very small hotel above a squash center. The room was very clean (#3), modern and very quiet. WIFI worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Located about 50 meters away from the tramway station that takes you in the old city in about 15 minutes. Very convenient.

Or just sleep in oxygen Little tricky using the TV ( choose HDMI-mode with big TV remoute, then the little remote for your stay. Every once in a while check Wifi connection within the remote)

UkraineFrankly - air conditioning in the room could bring some relief in the hot days. But there is air conditioning in the lobby and adjacent spaces.
VERY welcoming staff. You immediately get the feeling of being in the family. Very open, very friendly and ready to go the extra mile for yhe guest. Very honest (like with the breakfast, which is not a strong point but, hey, there are most supermarkets here within 10 minutes walking distance). If you are a squash / active living sports fan - this is exactly the place for you. Immensely great in terms of value for money. Location perfect - quite, green surroundings (unless the guy with the grass mower gets busy at 7 in the morning :-) Very clean rooms. Need to iron a shirt or trousers - welcome to the laundry room where you can iron from dusk till dawn. All in all - while staying at Imet Centrum I repeatedly recalled Avis' slogan "We try harder"

BulgariaIt wasn't clean, noisy surrounding. Tiny walls you hear every noise from the neighbors. The staff was not welcoming at all, didn't give us code to enter the building. We had to wait in the evening outside till someone came to open the hotel's outside door. Hard mattress, awful beds.

GreeceThe floor carpet were extremely dirty. The bed mattresses were unbelievable thin. Probably there were very old and over used. When sleeping we could feel the boards of the bed. Waking up was a nightmare. Every single bone of our body was in pain.

Czech RepublicTerribly hot in the summer, my room was facing south, other rooms are facing west and are boiling hot. Staff unhelpful when I asked for a fan. Impossible to vent the heat anywhere. Smelly hallway, stuffy air and sweaty from the gym. Spider webs in the bathroom and shower door was falling off. Far away from the city center unless you have a car Reception/ snack bar closes at random after 8-9pm.
