The hotel is located in a good place for trips in the area, the room was large and spacious, equipped with everything you need, the spa was good, and the breakfast was good.

The equipment in the room was made of heavy wood, the room lacked some pampering, for example the wooden chairs were heavy without cushions and uncomfortable to sit on, the heating stopped working at night, even though it is an automatic system that should increase the heating level the colder it gets.

Good food, traditional Slovak, spacious rooms, rustic furniture, quite simple, 30 minutes to the slopes.

I chose this hotel because it had a SPA area, but it was very small, there was only one jacuzzi which was located outside. Pretty sober employees, I don't think I saw a smile while I was there, and we were never greeted during the stay. We didn't feel welcome!

rooms need renovating, they are a bit outdated and used - bed sheets and pillows are worn out and need to be replaced - very thin walls between rooms which is not great especially when neighbours like to be up till late

Good breakfast and dinner. Warm room and comfy bed. Good wifi.

Dirty carpet. Small spa/wellness and must be booked in advance. A lot of noise can be heard from your neighbor's rooms.

Very kind staff, smile and always helpful. Pet allowed, so everyone enjoyed 😀

Attic rooms - less room space, missing bedside table

Good food options. Great view and surroundings. Close to the skiing area (15 min by car). Grocery store in 2,3 km distance.

Rooms without any soundproofing in the walls. You could hear all the noise, all the talk, all the laugh from the near rooms. And all the music from the restaurant...That was very annoying.
