My third stay at Tatragolf, and should i go again to Poprad, it will undoubtedly be top of the list of properties to consider. Great view, very good amenities.

Cleanliness is deplorable, but not unacceptable. The staff are not very nice, they did not greet you at the reception, neither when you entered nor when you left the room.

A large complex with lots of apartments on a very good place. For children, there is an outdoor playground, petting zoo and inflatable pool with slides. These are perfect and safe.

Toiletries are extremely poor. TV channel selection, too. Overwhelmingly most of the channels are in Slovak, if I remember well NO English channel, no French, some German.

Two beds together had a too thin cover. When you sleep you feel the 2 separate beds. Not good for a couple. Also the electric cattle didn’t work. Noisy neighbours in the night, if you open the balcony door ;)

We really liked the size of the rooms. The breakfast included was quite good. Wi-Fi worked well. Parking was close to the house! Elevator. Balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Kitchen. All you need for your comfort!

During our stay, the rooms were not cleaned at all. I am unsure whether this is due to the hotel being apartment-style, where cleaning is not typically provided. However, considering that we paid an additional 12 EUR per night for our dog, it was disappointing that the room was not even equipped with a basic cleaning tool, such as a broom.

I really appreciated the beautiful mountain view and the large, spacious apartments with two balconies. The apartment was very convenient and thoughtfully planned, which made the stay more comfortable.

Cons: - Very thin walls; you cam hear everything from your neibhours - when we arrived, the room had gross smell of french fries and not a single window open - the bathtub was not clean - there was A LOT of dust on the ridge above the bed - we only received big towels - dinner left to be expected - the ceiling on the balcony is disintegrading Our building had the elevator mounted in between the floors. Yes, you read that well. Between ground floor and 1st floor there is an elevator door. Then between the 1st and the 2nd floor and so on. Not even the ground floor can be considered wheelchair accessible because you'd have to jump 3-4 steps.

There were not many guests, but we got a room, which did not have mountain view. Rooms are on mid levels and the elevator stops under or above the room levels. You have to use the stairs in all cases. The breakfast was boring after a couple of days. I would skip it considering the price/value ratio.

Good value for the price. It is more like an appartment than a hotel. If you need good, but affordable accomodation for your outdoor activities, it is perfect. The environment is nice, the buildings are modern. The rooms were clean and in good condition. Free parking was great too. Wi-Fi was fast enough and the coverage was good. There are kitchens in the rooms, which is good for breakfasts or simple dinners.

- Breakfast was very simple but good for start the day - You definitely need a car to staying in there, we rented one , so no problem at all. - Sauna & Jacuzzi extra charge, it should be included …we’ve been to many places around the world and 99% of the places we’ve been to was included, apparently it’s normal to charge in this region/area.

Heating was not working properly first 2 days of our stay. We requested a bathtub but got a room with a shower (reception said they have no reliable and actual details about every room?), there was no regular cleaning/change of towels during our 5 days stay.

The views with our rooms were absolutely amazing. The location was ideal for traveling around to places like Spis Castle, and of course hiking. Overall, it was a lovely experience. I would absolutely recommend it.

Parking has not enough lots. Also, our bedroom was located exactly over the restaurant terrace, so it gets really noisy and loud in the evening even with the windows closed.

The resort has an amazing price for the value. The room was huge, and very clean. We had no issues. It’s a great location, beautiful scenery to the mountains, even though our balcony looked the other direction.

The apartment was generally clean apart from the chairs, sofas and rugs. Some had uncleaned stains that were a bit gross. Shower was impossible to set in a way that prevented getting the entire bathroom wet. There was no AC so quite difficult to fall asleep as it was very hot and humid outside and inside. Walls could be painted white instead of yellow as the rooms looked dark and quite sad.

Location was quite good for us. Price was ok for the standard.

Elevator was not working. Not enough parking space - it was problematic to park even though you are promised when booking to have a parking space per apartment, we had to park by a building on the other side of resort. Staff at reception when checking in claimed we did not pay even though we paid online and offered to show them the invoice.
