How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The restaurant was closed for renovations and there is absolutely nothing within walking distance. They could have put at least a coffee machine in the lobby. The location is in a residential area, nothing there. But a Bolt to the center is only 5 euros. So not bad, execute that we did not know about the restaurant.
Clean, normal rooms.

Everything it is ok, clean, it has a free parking, the hotel was full with people but it was no noise, close to center, there was no fridge in the room i think that is good to have it. I like it because we were traveleng to Viena and Pandorrf and getting back here to sleep

We stayed 1 night on our way to Romania and another night on our way back to Germany because it was perfect for our needs: close to highway and 3 bus stops to the city Center.Free underground or outside parking ; clean, cosy, quiet rooms and professional friendly reception stuff. We strongly recomend this hotel.

it is a correct hotel out of city center. Not really well communicated if you are not using car - bus or uber, but is also what you pay for.

1. WiFi was not the best in our room- but not a big problem. 2. The room/ bathroom was clean- but not the cleanest. This can be improved 3. The bedding was the only worst thing here - mattresses and the pillows were worn so less comfortable. Pillows should definitely be changed- they have lived their life :)
The room was spacious and clean, there are ample parking places if you have a car. Also, the hotel is slightly away from centre but is conveniently located near a bus stop (5 min walking) which makes going to centre very easy (bus 88/80)- we had the bratislava card so transport also was not a problem. A great Value for money this way. The staff was also helpful. Overall a good experience.

Who is searching for a calm stay should look for other place as here you can hear everything from other rooms, corridors....But it was sufficient to have a place to spend a night

✨room was a bit cold (the radiators didn’t really do much, would need staff to get the AC heater going as it didn’t work either but it did say so on a sign next to it) ✨bathroom was clean but i showered in slippers ✨the restaurant wasn’t open (due to reconstruction of sorts) ✨walls weren’t soundproof so we heard the neigbors talking and watching TV

For a while, I was bother by some guys who were talking in one of the other rooms.
The reception guy very efficient, clean room, good value for the money. We spent 1 night in transit. Hotel very close to the highway.

Water Kettle should be provided.
Amazing hotel in Bratislava near to Train Station. Staff was amazing and helpful. We stayed two nights there and did day trip to Vienna. Just 1 hour train ride. Hotel was quite, rooms were big. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend if you staying here for 1 or 2 days. Big cheers for the girl at the counter. She was damn good and fantastic and helpful. Thank you making our stay wonderful.

It was a nice and large room with very comfortable beds. The location is also really good, since the train station and busses are very easily accessible.

We stayed at this hotel again with pleasure. This time the room (deluxe) was great (clean, in good working order). We are traveling with a small dog and it is another plus that this hotel welcomes our little friends (although not for free, 10 euros for a small dog). Still no breakfast, but otherwise everything is great.
