We needed to wash our bikes from mud - there seemed to be a hose outside, but did not work. (We approached the staff about it.). It is a minor thing, not something you would expect from a hotel. Probably next time would be easier to direct us to "vapka" that we found the other day, several km from the hotel.

Very cozy and practical hotel, friendly staff, amazing wellness, but it is better to make a reservation in advance. Varied breakfast and the possibility to charge an electric car.

No bar was open during our stay, if we wanted an evening drink.

The proximity to regular bus services to the hospital and city centre. How clean the hotel was and how friendly the staff were. The pool for a relaxing soak. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

Air conditioning was working so loudly that we had to turn it off during a night. Not possible to sleep. WiFi is weak. Also fridge is loud :( Also during the breakfast one of the personnel person was constantly staring how much the guests eat and put in the plates. And when my wife took watermelon plate for us two and was walking back to our table, he was shaking his head with the expression "oh my god those all eating tourists...". This was not pleasant experience and attitude.

Nice location for one night stay during your travel. Comfortable room, spacious room and bathroom. Good automated check-in option for late arrivals when reception is not working (after 22:00). Still reception contacted and asked when we arrive if you are not showing up till 22:00. Clean, tidy, has microwave and kettle, tea, coffee options. Spacious parking in front of the hotel.

The light in the bathroom can be a bit strong, especially for morning make-up 🤪

The apartment is spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable. I have nothing to complain about. Generous, fresh and versatile breakfast for all tastes and ages.

What I didn't like? ... it is simple: How did I miss this hotel up to now? We travel once per year in this direction and I am surprised to notice this hotel only now. ^_^ One more thing: ... I regret not having the energy to N'joy the pool :) ...better luck next time :)

I would quote my 10 years old daughter: "Mom, this hotel has 3 stars but for me it deserve 5" :) Indeed, the staff is friendly/professional, the building interior is verry pleasant and it makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were large and quite (i could understand how quite were only when I opened the window :D) Bath tub in both rooms. Nice touch with the blue light under the sink in the bathroom ^_^ Parking place available (of course)

Everything was fine for us.

Everything was clean, the food was excellent and varied. We were with small children, so we didn't try the wellness. There is also a small area in front of the hotel suitable for children with a slide, toys and other activities. Free parking. All recommendations.

The hotel is located away from the old downtown, but there are good connections by bus or train. Staff was very kind and they gave us all information that we have needed.

I would have preferred a walk-in shower, but none were available for a double room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airline lost my suitcase! The two men manning the front desk went out of their way to help me deal with the luggage delivery people. I really appreciated their help. Also, the room was clean, convenient to our family activities, and they had a very good breakfast.

You could hear trains nearby at night

A small hotel on the outskirts of Bratislava. Quiet location, parking available, shopping mall not far away. A large room with a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub and automatic lighting. I do not know if I remember correctly, but I think there was a fridge and a microwave oven in the room. A large, nice bed. Very nice staff, they took care of the sweatshirt I left and delivered it safely to the address.

A very nice and well-appointed hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stops were just outside the hotel so it was easy to get around town.

It is not in the centre, but it was a problem as we were continuing our journey the next morning.

It is a good place to stay if you are travelling and need a place to stay. The room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was quite tasty and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful.
