If you buy a duplex suite (family 2 storey room), better order two regular rooms for 4 guests, the mattresses on main beds are quite fine, but those in upstairs rooms are such thin, cheap open coil sprung ones, so one night okay, but to sleep 2-3 nights, no way, one reason why we shortened our 3 nights stay to sleep that last nite at home before flying out home. It's rated like 4 Star hotel, not sure how....no room service, no housekeeping cleaning during your stay, even if you put out sign ready for cleaning, when you ask for extra pillows in the evening you get them next day, "4 star hotel" gives one extra soft pillow per guest, I guess no housekeeping staff on site during evenings or nights for such a resort. No a la carte restaurant, so except the main buffet dinner no other food unless overpriced food by the pool like some hot dog 4.50 EUR or portion of goulash 8 EUR No bar outside, lobby bar closed due to technical reasons 😄 little bowling bar opened though, located downstairs at spa area. The resort is dead after 8 PM, nothing to do. Very rarely any smile or greet from any employee, except the Reception staff, a huge contrast from Hungary we visited before coming here. So, not bad....but 4 Star not even by far, 3 star hotel with nice spa and pools which were twice closed outside due to technical difficulties. There is a huge stinky overloaded waste dumping area just 6 meters from the main hotel entrance, with benches used like staff smoking area 😜😄. The TV is blocked to connect any Fire Stick, Roku stick or such to stream some movie for your child like Disney+, Youtube Kids or Netflix, only Slovak / Hungarian local channels, useless TV. Bring your own TV or Tablet 😄, luckily I did.

This has been my second stay there, the wellness is nice, clean, well staffed usually...the rooms are large, all types, well air-conditioned. The breakfast or dinners are usually good quality average food, such school canteen of my youth, when I used to attend primary school some 35 years ago, but I like it this way and I see other guests like it this way, too, the majority of the guests are anyway from Slovakia, Czechia or Hungary respectively and the program, kids games, animation all aimed only to Slovak / Czech Speakers. And if we have half board and are in need of some other food, just drive to the nearby town of Komarno, SK or Komarom, HU and get some tasty Chinese, Pizza, Kebab or local Hungarian cuisine.

Saturday's dinner was poor. Only spicy options, dissappointing in comparison to the previous evening. We arrived at 7 pm for dinner and everything was already missing, so we stayed hungry, especially our children.

Very little....first of all, this isn't a 4 star hotel at all, yes it's huge, rooms are large with balconies and aircon, but food is quite limited, only the half or full pension buffet options, no a la carte, the lobby bar doesn't have draft beers, they sent me to pick it on my own to nearly closed restaurant, no cocktail menu in a bar, and no outside entertainment in the evenings with some live music like you would expect at a resort like this anywhere in Hungary, Bulgaria or such...such 3 Star Superior, no room service, no phone to contact reception from your room, these are a must at 4 star hotel usually. The animators - I dont understand their program, approaching outside pool just at 5 pm once guests go for dinner, or announcement of activity at inside pool and at the end nothing happening, yes the guests themselves aren't very active ones anyway either 😂, or those hand electronic armbands, malfunctioning and blocking you from areas even it should allow you to go around anywhere. Access to outside kids play area only via inside pool area, some nonsense rules like from scouting camp, about everyone has been used and foreign customer is not aware of...plus, if you are coming from other country than Slovakia, Czechia or Hungary, don't expect any program in English obviously, nor for your kids either. No English signs anywhere around only two found (Sitting Pool and on outside slide). But like I wrote before, very nice attentive staff who go extra mile to accommodate anyway very well...

The food - local, Hungarian / Slovak, very nice choice, dinners or breakfasts had been awesome for adults and child alike. Draft alcoholic beers or non alcoholic, even draft non alcoholic shandy, simply very good. The rooms are very clean, very spacious with a large balcony with table and chairs...the wellness centre is very nice, clean, not newish but very well kept, clean, amd attentive personell, and there are like 7 outside pools and 2 inside, whirlpools, kids play areas, etc. The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive, smiling, nice, arriving there from akward non welcoming guest service from High Tatras (actually from a sister hotel which belongs to same owners), this was very nice surprise. Hand armbands able to charge drinks on room... Very nice service, huge car park, activities, cinema for kids, bowling etc.... And on the top....mosquito nets on the windows so if you prefer to ventilate your room overnight by window no unwelcome insect flying in. Superb.

The mattresses were totally worn out and should definitely be changed. As well as the cook.... the dinner was not really tasty and without esprit. The prices in the restaurant for the drinks are too high. 4 Euros for a glass of wine (0.1).

Overpriced drinks and food that is no good - mostly pre-prepared foods likely heated in a microwave - not edible and surprisingly expensive for the location. Staff are not motivated to work any harder than they have to, there is no "guest-friendly" culture, people just do their jobs and go home. No development of any new facilities since a couple of years ago. If anything, the pools and equipment are becoming old and shabby. No CLEANING OF THE ROOMS! Specifically, beds are not done, the bathroom is hardly touched and the towels keep disappearing - this is far from the basic expectations of a 4-star hotel!!! Overall - overpriced and certainly not worth it.

There is not much to like to be honest. Breakfast and dinner were usually OK. Pools are great but compared to a few years ago, the overall rating has definitely declined massively.

The restaurant was too small with very limited choice of food for both breakfast and dinner (often two main dishes). The quality of the food was way lower than expected for a 4star hotel. Drinks were not included, not even water. The offer in the pool bars was limited and way too expensive. The outside pools were outdated, the pond area with the water bikes not cared after. Almost nothing to do after 8pm. Almost no staff spoke english and very few of them were kind. All in all not worth the price we paid.

The indoor swimming pools were good and the spa area, although a bit dated, was as ok. The staff at the swimming pools made sure everything was in perfect order. The room was also ok and the terrace of the restaurant with a view of the small pond was probably the nicest feature of this hotel. The nearby town of Komarno is really nice with a nice offer of activities for the whole family.

Most of the staff doesn't speak any english. The thermal bath / Sauna zone could be cleaner and the water outside smells bad. Staff claims its the thermal water, but it felt dirty. Food for lunch had no healthy options (Panorama Pool Restaurant). We would come again, but it will always be remembered as "the place with the bad smell".

Offers freat variety of activities. The room was perfect for us. Location in the middle of nowhere. Great breakfast with variety (especially for meatlovers). All sorts of diets are being taken into consideration. Excellent dinner! Great for families with small children.

Water in the pools was cold. We were very disappointed. When you want to book bowling, it has to be done on arrival,because later there won't be free spaces. For bigger kids, there is nothing to do.
