The staff mixed up my room and put me in with an unknown person. But everything was quickly sorted out

I could not browse the internet. You get a password and a user name but it only shows that your device is connected. This happened to me for the second time When trying to open a browsing window a pop up window informes you that the server is not responding. The problem might be me ;) but I would appreciate some instructions on a paper in the hotel room to see how I can try to fix any problems with net connection.

The property has a great parking space included in the price and it is located at the very center of the city. The staff is always helpfull.

At the reception there were some girls who seemed to be in high school, they were not very professional. Kept on laughing and talking among each other during check in which made me uncomfortable since I don’t understand them. It’s impossible to take a bath because the plug for the tub was to small. Also the water was barley hot.

The room was spacious and had everything necessary fridge, cattle, soap etc. Overall comfortable.

Best location, nice receptionists, all in all pretty good. Way better than the past reviews make you think (looks renovated inside, whivh might be the reason)

Bed was hard as hell, my back is in pain. Under the window was some kind of live koncert. They have classical bathtub instead of shower, at the same time they didnt have any curtain in bathroom. So it is basically impossible to take shower without making a mess. Curtains on the window had 2 stains, from a cigarette I guess.

What did I like? That I was there just one night.

First thing first we booked room with Balcony but we been given totally with out any notice different room. Bathroom not been ventilated really warm in bathroom shower head broken, no Aircon we been given fan,no mesh on windows to stop midgets out. Breakfast wasn't great at all.

The window was broken, with no English notification - do not open -. Despite the attempts of the staff, the technicians never came to fix it, and the window remained slightly open. There was no cleaning service except for one day of emptying the bins, and no extra toilet paper was provided since the start of our stay. One of the night lights next to the bed was broken. The elevator is not operating on the ground floor. The breakfast was not as presented in the photos. A menu is provided with six options.

Bathroom had a hole in the wall, fixed with paper towels?! We could enjoy a friendly chat with people next door. Bath tub has seen better times, missing shower courtain, water splashes everywhere, no bath mat. You have to use the towels to dry the floor. Old not so appealing bed linen..Place is perfecr for workers, or temporarily for refugees. We had breakfast booked (it's incl in price) but never had one as the kitchen was closed. Searching for a place to have breakfast on Sat morning was fun! Images advertised are made brilliantly. Place looks clean..far from it. Location is the only advantage. We stayed 2 nights. Reason of our visit was a funeral. If our stay was longer with a different purpose we would have left immediately. Owners need to learn the basics of customer service, clients needs, cleanlines, lies ( no breakfast) and the best - hopefully you are strong as the elevator is lock! You'll drag your suitcase over of a steep flights of stairs. This place at best strech could be called HOSTEL.

Whole hotel is covered with mosquitoes. You can find them in the hall next to elevator under every window. Staff don t want to clean it because they probably think that you want to eat it. Your entire room will be full of them. If you decide that you want to sleep at night as normal person then you will get like 2 hours of sleep because there is so hot there is no way that you can fall asleep. If you decide to open the window even more mosquitoes will fly in and because you don t have air condicioning in the room you don t have other choice. They will fly around your head and sting you all night(me and my buddy got like 50 stingers each from one night sleeping here). This was our worst experience travelling and I would not come back ever again.

The only thing that I can think of is cleaning the windows. The view is great but would be better with windows refreshed.

How close the hotel is to the old town centre is just insane. You just go out and you are on the main pedestrian area. The room was huge. There is a fridge. They didn't make any problems about us coming with a dog (there's extra fee included in the bill though). I cannot fathom why people give it such low marks, especially on google reviews. Maybe because they remember the hotel from the times before restoration. It's the whole new level now.

There is no arrangement of food for international travelers, and there is no support in emergencies after 8 or 9 p.m. My personal recommendation is not to stay in the future.

Tv has only about 10 slovak and czech channels. Weak WiFi connection, lot of mosquitoes (missing net on window/balcony against mosquitoes), old school bathroom, noisy night club "Mexico" under hotel/drunk noisy people.

The hotel staff had not provided anything for cooling and the rooms were hellishly hot and impossible to sleep in. Breakfast was poor.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the very center of the city.

Rooms should be cleaned on daily basis even if the customers who pay for the stay spend more than a week.

Spending 10 days a hotel where I payed 572 Euros, I was told that the room could not be cleaned on a daily basis because I was staying for more than a day. That is not good for business.
