Don't refill drinking water in spa

Lovely spa. Breakfast was good. Location very nice. Took 2 rooms, same price category but very different (one very modern, one larger and very log-cabin but a bit dated). Hired bikes and they were good quality.

Would have liked to have more assistance from staff on what to do, what hikes one could do from the hotel (no one we asked seemed to know). Website also had wrong information.

We loved hotel, stuff, wellness. They were very helpful with our bikes and everything that we asked for.

The only negative point was a selection of meals in the restaurant. Clearly the cousine is oriented for meat lovers. It is of very high standard, but me as a vegetarian has a real challenge to find anything that I could eat.

Cosy hotel, perfect for a couple. Quiet Atmosphere. We were lucky, there were not a lot of people when we were there in July 2025. The garden is so beautiful. I liked that i can turn on jacuzzi massage when I want - there is button in the pool. We received fresh towel for SPA everyday. There was bathrobe and slippers in the room to use it for SPA. Our room was spacy, bright and ideally clean. We forgot some clothes when we left, the hotel sent it to us by post for free. We will definitely come back 🤗

Location in the middle of forest, easy access to hiking trails. Nature around hotel is amazing, glass walls and elevator give a feeling of nature inside hotel, which is great.

The staff is not the friendliest. The elevator was not working for one whole day. Very expensive coffee in the bar. Expensive restaurant, slow service, very small portions. Spa: The water in the pool can be warmer. Parking: There are no enough parking spaces, the yard is crowded with cars. Room: In the double room, the single beds are too small, narrow, a slightly bigger person cannot fit in the bed. Room was not properly cleaned, no trash removed daily, no beds made, only towels were replaced. Poor breakfast, there could be some healthy options, better quality food and drinks, everything there was very cheap and bad quality- food, coffee, juices- food which hotel guests who are paying a lot of money to be there usually would not eat at home for sure.

The staff could do a little better, for example we finished food and noone stopped to offer more wine or clean the plates for 10-15min?

We love all. The place. The good mood for chill out and of course the spa

The hotel offers a peaceful setting surrounded by a beautiful forest, making it an ideal retreat. The cleanliness throughout the property and the spa was good.

Even visiting close to the Christmas season, the place was not feeling festive and lack of good and cozy lighting was quite a issue for us. Parking at hotel promises it must be said that hotel didn't take care of the parking lot at all. It was really difficult to get into the parking cars and we were not alone complaining about it. Staff at coffee was not very friendly.

Breakfast was very good in a buffet form , I really enjoyed the quiet location and the pool/ spa facilities .

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we stayed on the second floor and there is only one elevator in the entire building which has broken down and wasn't fixed for the duration of our stay !! My mum could hardly walk up and down more then twice a day with hear bad knee ..
