We were told to not walk on the streets at night as it was dangerous, looked like lots of drug gangs - but there is a so called police station next door. So best to call a taxi to be on the safe side and the apartment is gated. The place was in need of new window handles as people could climb in, the owner sorted this all out speedily the next day and fixed a faulty light (he actually lives upstairs). There are mossies in the apartment but a mossie coil sorted that all out easily.

Quite a central location so easy to walk to many sites, a self contained apartment that had everything you needed. Clean and there is access to a washing machine. Supermarket is nearby and an easy walk to a restaurant strip by the palm garden.

Due to flight delays we arrived at 2AM on a Sunday morning. Host was out of town so there was a lack of communication on his part. Sunday everything is closed. Best to arrive during the week. A sofa would be nice. Maybe a hot plate for folks who stay longer than a couple of days.

Water is safe to drink. Hot showers. Comfortable bed. Everything worked. Loved being downtown in walking distance to all important things to see.

The wifi did not work well. There are 2 networks and both were constantly losing connectivity, so not great if you are trying to work.

The location is in walking distance to just about everything. The shared washing machine in the back of the building was wonderful, as were the many provided drying racks. You pick up your key from the store in front of the building, which made getting in very easy. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The airconditioning worked very well. Host was very responsive, and allowed luggage storage and late checkout. Thanks for that!

The only recommendation is maybe adding mosquito nets to the windows. Now we couldn't open the windows and enjoy the nice breeze.

The apartments are adjacent to a clothing store, I got an email in advance telling me that I could collect the keys there. The store clerk was very friendly and cordial. She instructed us that we could come to them for all our questions. The apartment was fully airconditioned with two bedrooms with queen beds, a fridge, stove, microwave, and a washer (including soap and detergent). The beds were comfortable. We stayed for a week and there was a mid-week cleaning. The apartments are very safe as you need a key to access the property. It is situated right next to a police station. Private parking is available, which is handy in the city center. The apartments are within walking distance from the main attractions the city center, the central market, Waterkant, and the pubs near Palmentuin.

There is nothing not to like. However, staying in the apartment and with the wish to cook, the kitchen could be a bit more equipped to have the actual choice to cook.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Everything was excellent. We found the key in the locked box using the code number provided. The apartment was a good size, with two separate bedrooms and a dining/kitchen area. The shower, air conditioning (3 units), wifi were all good, The kitchen provided a good fridge, and very big and seemingly new microwave and oven. Kitchen table and seating provided. The place is well fenced and secure, with a police station right next door. The apartment is well located and within walking distance of most major sites.

The WiFi wasn't always that stable, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. But after getting a SIM card and a spray for mosquitos it didn't bother us anymore!

Really good location, walking distance from waterkade and wakapasi. Parking was very nice, also on the property. The airco was nice, and good at cooling the rooms.
