Fun place rules are very lean

We had a nice stay here, but the staff is unpleasant! At the bar, the pregnant woman is unpleasant. In the morning, the one at breakfast as well! As for breakfast, we never saw the pancakes. At 8:30 they were already gone. That’s not normal! Breakfast is from 8:00 to 10:00, so there should be crêpes from 8:00 to 10:00. Otherwise, does it mean that guests who arrive at 9:00 don’t have the right to have pancakes too?

Nice swimming pool, the room was big.

I don’t like to complain but this stay from the beginning was just bad. I made the reservation, had few questions and randomly got an email with cancellation of my stay just a few hours before I supposed to arrive. I wrote few e mails and then they just told me: “yes I can come”. I took this hotel also because they offered a transport from the airport to the hotel. Since I’m traveling alone and my plane was landing at 2 am it was important for me to get a trusted car. We agreed for the price and an hour before my plane departed I got information where to look for a taxi. In the end my plane had two hours delay, found some last taxi driver and the lady at the reception still asked me the next day for money for the transport (!!) I didn’t expect any kind of luxury stuff but there is no soap in the room ( not even mentioning water, shampoo etc) even in a cheapest place there is a soap in the bathroom. Everything was complicated including ordering a coffee.

Pool and common área were very nice, warm and clean.water in the pool. I liked our room, it was very cosy and breakfast was good. The guard at the door was especially nice, he help-desk with any double we had and also called a cab. Thank you for a lovely stay

location, excellent swimming pool, nice breakfast, cleaning was done very well, felt very safe at the establishment

the laundary system feels fraudelent, we filled one basket and were charged for three. the laundry team was quite hostile. the hotel restaurant was not vegetarian friendly. the services were a bit bleak compared to other establishments (for instance, there was no water tap available to refill your water bottles)

The stairs was too long and high for me to walk.

We enjoy every moment spend The receptionist service was excellent 👌 and on point, the lady are very responsible and respectful to me and my son,I appreciate they help , It was my first visit, and I would be visiting sometime soon 😀
