There was nothing not to like. Everything was great.

The staff was amazing and very helpful and willing. This was the highlight of my trip. The pool is just relaxing and the fact that the sauna and jacuzzi works well is a plus. There's so much to see and do here is just amazing.

Restaurant very expensive Pool all the time full because of external visitors Flies inside of the room were biting me every night and no efficient solution from the hotel until the last night where day gave me a candle which was efficient, but that happened after 10 nights of suffering and complaining every time

Elevators need to be renovated; the elevator bottoms, floor level and room numbers don't match.

Like the hotel pool area, it is always with good ambient. The staff is really good making you feel like a second home. Special regard to Christal. I had a new renovated room, it was really good and comfortable.

there was an issue with payment, so as per arrival assistance was great and a cash deposit was accepted. the next day the creditcard issue as solved incl deposit however the cash deposit took longer and was only returned at checkout so in fact a double deposit was paid

The outside of the building (Torarica Resort) needs a face lift, since it’s the first impression that counts. Also, I booked online got 1 figure, when I meet at the front desk was told that the tax wasn’t included smh, also breakfast was not included, however, I paid to include the breakfast, every morning we go to have breakfast the guy would ask for our room number to see if the payment was included and to our surprise our room number wasn’t on the list smh. Then he gotta call front desk to verify before we have breakfast.. that was so annoying to deal with every morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. Also, the Jacuzzi was very relaxing.

The bathroom inside the room was dirty and moldy. The service at the restaurant was so slow, we waited 1.5 hours for our food and had to leave without eating because we had a meeting to attend to. No amends were made. Highly disappointed.
