Once at the property it was hard to find where to check in and how to gain access. That is one thing on the island there is a lack of signage and not just for this property. Managed to track down how to contact owner via the booking.com site and able to call via WhatsApp as not everyone can call on their cell but had data like I did.

Located in Cole Bay area. A short walk to the local supermarket Carrefour Market. Transport on Union Road was very handy as local buses (vans) passed very frequently. The property felt like a home away from home. This Airbnb style property was easy to find, clean and tidy. A nice touch was having the air conditioning running on check in. A cool place to relax and unwind after travel. The host showed you around the property and took the time to explain things and gave tips of local places to visit and to eat at.

Everything was perfect, quiet area, few minutes to supermarket, close to airport and port. I recommend to everyone who doesn't need to live on the beach front, ideal for active travelers.

Toi much light in the bedroom, door needs a dark courtain.

Close to the airport ( 40 min walking). Super comfy bed.

The road to the property is terrible. There was a couple constantly fighting at night, and they were super loud

No network TV. No up to date news. Had internet and Netflix, but I'm not a fan of Netflix. No safe in the room. Memory foam mattress in the room that I had. Was just OK.

Location is up a pretty rough road, but that's St Maarten. Jules is a great host and very accommodating. The place is clean.

The location is a bit away from it all, there is a supermarket close by buth the restaurants and bars are a longer way.

Its a Beautiful room, and very clean, Great comfortable bed and kitchenette. Bathroom was perfect with a great high volume shower.

The location was within walking distance to a major supermarket, restaurants (including fast food options) and shopping venues. Jules was easily contacted and responded quickly. He was extremely accomodating, personable and friendly.

Hospitality and support from Jules was outstanding. He made us to feel like, we are in our home country. He was just a call away for anything. He got an network to support us with all kind of things like Taxi, car rental and airport drop etc. He provides a personalized care to his guests. Property is located close to Carefour, Car Rental etc which is so convenient for travels. Overall a value for money stay...

The short road from the main road to the Residence is in need of repair

No charging outlet for electrical devices with european adapters. There is not much you can do arround the location. Though there is at least a supermarket nearby.

I was there for just one night. There is no bell so you are either lucky that the host comes along or you wait. In my case it was just 10 minutes. The host is a nice guy and the room had almost all i wanted.
