I love everything about this property. I felt safe. They had security on base. Everyone who works there was so sweet and kind. Javion he’s the best. He’s very helpful and he also vibe. They do recommend drivers for you if you ask. And Jessi is one of drivers I was refer at Hills Residence. I love this property. I will definitely come back.

The location was perfect for the trip itinerary. Nearby beach, good food, and nightlife opportunities. Had trouble unlocking door, the staff was very helpful with assistance. Scenic outdoor patio area with plenty of seating. Hot showers and cold AC. Two major thumbs up.

When we first arrived the room had an odour. Not sure what it was but it lingered for a bit, so we had to open up the doors. Other than that, everything was good. Maybe have extra towels in a closet.

The room looked exactly as pictured and I really loved the aesthetic and decor. It was enough space for two and we had a comfortable stay. Bonus points for location right in Simpson Bay, easy to walk to places.

Unfortunately when we arrived the towels and bedding appeared unclean/ had long hairs on them. However the staff were great and fixed this for us straight away.

The location was amazing right in the middle of Simpson bay. The view is incredible. So many places to eat within walking distance. A beach within walking distance. Staff were lovely and the apartment was really spacious for a couple.

Our stay at The Hills Residence was exceptional. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from key attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and privacy. The room exceeded our expectations in every way. It felt brand new—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It genuinely seemed as if we were the first guests to stay there. The property offered excellent value for the quality provided. Everything was sleek, modern, and thoughtfully curated. The amenities and facilities were first-rate, reflecting a clear emphasis on guest comfort and convenience. One highlight for us was the amazing rooftop pool experience with incredible views of Simpson Bay's liveliness. Overall, The Hills Residence combines location, luxury, and value seamlessly. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saint Martin.

Needed a bath mat and toilet paper holders. No soap in the half bathroom. No one changed the garbage daily as promised. We didn't know what to do with the trash.

Location was good. Close to lots of good restaurants on the strip. Comfortable well appointed apartment. Parking was great. Apartment was clean and even had beach towels which was a plus, most places dont offer that. very close to good beach clubs and not a far drive from the french side.

No dislikes but some apts have decks & some don’t so read the fine print prior to booking.

On paper there are lot of restaurants nearby, unfortunately there are literally no walking paths and you end up walking on the side of a super busy road or taking the car everywhere. There was some damage in the bathroom (cracked toilet seat and shower drain). No complimentary cleaning service, towels are changed free of charge only once per week.

Comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you might need. Parking spots in the basement are super convenient and in the shade, which is priceless.

It's not a huge thing, however, taking a card fee when paying with card.

The location was great with amazing views and close by restaurants and bars. Not far away from the beach either. The apartment was clean and modern. Despite the fact that we arrived 1 day later because of a connecting flight that was missed, we did not have to pay for that night. Thank you again!
