Electricity was off twice a day (government policy, nothing the host can do about it). Heating does not exist and it can be a bit chilly during the winter, but the beds are warm with an electrical blanket ;)

The house is amazing, extremely spacious and well equipped. You can do your daily steps only during the introductory tour, by the lovely lady who welcomed us. The host was very responsive and welcoming as well. The house is situated in a very calm area with plenty of shopping/sightseeing options less than 30 mins drive. No car - no go ;) We will definitely love to come back.

Swaziland is now experiencing power cuts. Lasts a couple of minutes, not bad. Had to make sure that dinner was prepared by 6 pm.

It's clean and comfortable, and my kids enjoyed the spacious house. I love it here.

We had the whole house to ourselves. On site manager helpful and friendly. Great for Mantega, Mlilwane Sanctuary and the gem spot Sibebe Resort - worth the drive! The owner kept in regular contact online to ensure we were happy

Value for money definetly it was beautiful and the location depends on what you are there to do if seeking some time off then ita perfect but if you are in Mbabane for business, partying or erands then it might be a bit far out

Very nice house, clean, spacious, and a great layout for large groups. Both the owner and the caretaker were responsive. The place is a short drive to downtown. The landscape surrounding the house is breathtaking.

It is an amazing place to stay. The house is beautiful, clean and comfotable. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the caretaker took us through the whole house and made sure we were happy with everything. We will definitely go there again on our next visit to Swaziland.

There were just a few small maintenance items like broken/ wobbly kitchen stools, a couple leaky roof spots and the fridge had to be restarted a few times a day to keep cold. Wilson said a guy was coming to fix the fridge and they are aware of the other issues so hopefully those get repaired soon as well. Having said all that, it did not materially affect our stay and we would happily book again. It is excellent value, very clean and Wilson is a wonderful person and there to help at a moments notice (like if you accidentally set off the alarm… lol)

We had a wonderful three night stay and our family of four would love to stay longer next time. The home shows better in person, is very large with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishings. Communication was fast and friendly, and with Wilson staying onsite (in a separate home) he was so helpful if we needed anything. The large indoor/ outdoor braai area was a bonus and especially once we discovered it also had table tennis. Lots of fun. The home was clean and comfortable with nice leafy valley views including the next door Sibebe Rock. Truly an excellent value accommodation.

EXCEPTIONAL.!!! Everything was as described from photos of the house, to tranquility, to preferred location position in Mbabane. The HOST was incredible, hospitable, a great communicator, the caretaker was professional yet friendly and humble and the housekeeper was just as amazing. My stay was really pleasant and I will definitely be RE_ BOOKING this property at my next visit. Thank you so much !!

We felt a little cold in the living and dining rooms although we used the fireplace as it was rain and cool outside and the room was big. so I think it might be better there is an oil heater or a gas heater as well. In addition to the refrigerator breaking down while we were staying, there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. however, I shared them with the house staff therefore I expect he will fix them soon.

Although the price was low, the furniture, a fireplace, other equipment in the rooms were good!

Everything was as per description, and the place was peaceful and scenic. The host was really friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back there soon. I would give a 10/10. The beds were so comfortable, and the house provided all the privacy required.. love this place

Loved everything.

Lovely home, very specious, very clean, and the best host ever. The house is fully equipped, from pots to cuttlery. The fireplace stole my heart. Travelling with kids during the winter season can be daunting. The house was warm, and it also had electric sheets. My family and I really enjoyed Boikhutsong House. We visit Swaziland at least once or twice a year, Boikhutsong is now on our Itinerary as of now.

This establishment was such a pleasant surprise! We booked very last minute and was really just hoping for a half decent stay, but to our delight Boikhutsong was so much more than that. Clean, elegant, spacious, beautiful surroundings, WiFi, electric blankets, 3 en-suite double rooms with great showers. It feels like home. The staff were friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. You leave this establishment feeling that you got so much more than you paid for. Thank you, Boikhutsong. We will be back.
