It was a very beautiful apartment, well decorated, clean and the staff was efficient. With CCTV on the parking lot, and carport, we felt safe to leave our vehicle. Plus, it's in a very strategic location, great view, quiet and great to rest, but also close to a very fluent shopping center and the cultural village. Highly recommend

South AfricaThe property is great but, needs to improve maintenance on fixtures (windows that don't close because the clamp is broken, broken floor tile in the dining area, broken water dispenser on the fridge, shower knob and some plugs that don't work). We also had to ask for towels each night because they were not replaced. The biggest negative was the noise from other apartments because they seem to be let out for rent as "party venues"; the noise goes deep into the early morning!
Very wide-open space for living and dining room and kitchen. The venue was centrally located for our needs in the eZulwini area for our visit, and it is easily accessible.

South AfricaThe beds were very hard ,we had to ask them to change one bed and although it had 4 beds as advertised, 1 room had 2 single beds. Crockery and cutlery was very sparse ,old and worn. We didn't get any fresh towels daily but it also rained the entire week so the excuse was that they didn't dry . Location is at the entrance of a township and was a bit disappointing, the exterior looked very run down ,it needed some TLC however the inside of the apartment looked as advertised and was luxurious and comfortable

United StatesI was in house number 1 The duvet that was on my bed shed feathers. I woke up in the morning full of feathers from head to toe In the kitchen there was no hot water which made it difficult because it was cold. The kitchen towels were wet when we arrived In the bathroom sink, the hot water faucet does not come out water. There is no place to put soap in the shower. They did not have hygiene kits (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion) when I asked they said management knew but hasn't supplied. Would you kindly put a plug in the bathroom next to the mirror in case we need to use the hair dryer or shaver After the cleaning on the second day they didn't put clean towels and when I went to ask they said they were wet. It was the guard on the night shift who gave me the towels.
