Guest Administration: 1. I had 3 ladies who were standing together printing my invoice on arrival, I am not sure why it takes that many 2. Nobody explained the rules about anything, it is when I asked about breakfast that I was told the time. We asked for 08h00 breakfast, and got it at 08h30. I asked for welcome bottle water, I was told they dont give. I later asked for a glass, the girl said, they dont give to guests. 3. New guests were checking in, and the house managers had locked themselves to a place we dont know, I had to assist.

This is my second visit to this guesthouse. It is beautiful, great location for me. Now I had brought friends to experience the country and the property.

The bathrooms and showers for the family rooms were outside the rooms. It wasn't pleasant to go to the bathroom at night or any given point in time. What i saw on the internet didn't specify that the bathrooms were outside the room. The kitchen has restrictions whenever we wanted to warm our food we had to search for the employee and ask them to warm up or use the microwave. The parking area is not adequate. It was far from the reception and it's uncovered.

I had a great experience with the staff—they were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. When something wasn’t working or broke, they replaced it quickly and in general, they accommodated my requests without hesitation.

The rates were very high in comparison to similar properties. In fact, those are the rates one would expect to pay at a 4-5 Star hotel. It would have been nice if the establishment had ice/ icemaker available. Although the breakfast was prepared with love and care, it was the exact same food every day for 5 days. A bigger variety would not have caused any harm.

The accommodation was really nice, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The ladies went out their way to make sure that we are well looked after (sorry ladies, I cant remember your names.

Very little to fault here but if I had to pick something it would be... No fridge in the bedroom, that was a bit disappointing and maybe the young girls who looked after us, as much as they were very nice they just seemed a bit lacking in confidence and experience. Finally, not a "not like" but maybe "confused" six speakers in the lounge, no clue why, not in keeping with the decor and probably way too loud to turn on!! Other than that, I can't fault this place, we loved it.

What a great place! The room was lovely, great size with incredible views! Fabulous place in a great location. Two pools, one inside and one outside. Stunning grounds! I will def return again. Breakfast was also outstanding, I'm not sure you could think if that we didn't have! It really was an amazing space with fabulous decor throughout.

The need to call on the staff everytime you want to warm your food 😞 a huge inconvenience, even thought of bringing our own microwave next time because what if i feel like a snack at 10pm , now i need to call on the ladies to come up and get my food for reheating …yhooo

A little bit of maintenance is needed to fix doorhandles etc, but this dit not deter our enjoyment of staying there

This guesthouse has beautiful grounds with 2 lovely pools, which we definately used due to the heat. It was a few km to the golf club, where we did our parkrun on the Saturday morning. On the last Saturday of the month there is a Farmers market nearby where we went for breakfast. Locals also recommended the Sibebe Resort which is about a 20min drive from town which has pools and waterslides which is great for families, they also have a zipline. Ngwenya Glass also did not disappoint.

The pool was not clean, and because of that, I was not able to use it. I'd advise the staff to actually inspect the room and bedding before letting guests in. The carpet made the room have a stuffed smell.

I felt very safe staying in this Guest House. It was easy to arrive from the city center, and the neighborhood is very calm. The guest house is cozy, loved the amazing garden! Staff was welcoming and friendly at all times. They prepared me an amazing, huge (for me) and delicious breakfast! Although they do not serve other meals, they provide you the menu from some places from where they can order for you if you need. The rooms have a nice size and a good balcony overlooking the garden (I don't really love that all rooms share the balcony, but that wasn't an issue at all). Very comfortable bed and sheets. They have free access to Netflix (loved this!!). And I absolutely loved the bathtub! With all of this, it's a very nice value for money, and I'm definitely recommending it to everyone.
