Sandra is extremely helpful and has exceptional hospitality. She gave me great tips on what to do in the city, offered me a ride to the city center, and shared useful advice on transportation. I would definitely stay at the guesthouse again. The location is amazing, surrounded by lots of greenery.

Everything was great.

Very friendly owner, went the extra mile to help us out with check-in and check-out. The room was cozy and comfortable. Each room had a nice patio. The breakfast was very tasty. Quiet area. And I loved the style of the dining room. Nice space. The guest house was on a hill with nice views. Tip: it is a nice walk into town, but make sure to take a taxi when carrying luggage. The hill is steep.

It’s 20 min walk to the town partly up the hill so can be a bit strenuous with groceries & water.

Sandra is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and supportive and also a very pleasant person to talk to. She made my stay great with her advice, lovely breakfasts and sometimes dinners, support getting around town with taxi drives or car rental. Internet worked well and saved me a lot of hassle.

Can be a bit far to walk to restaurants & shops. Google maps tried to direct me here on a road which is blocked.

I am so glad that I selected this property! It is located on the top of the small hill and gives you a good outlook of the capital city and this unforgettable serenity that a traveler like myself is keen on. The host lady is amazing and mega hospitable. She picked me up and dropped me off, whipped me a very good and healthy breakfast with the veggies growing right in the garden. I had also a real good conversation with where she shared a lot of good facts about Swazi. As a bonus, I slept like baby - the air quality is amazing.

The night city view while standing at the balcony. The place is so beautiful not to mention the room that creates a warmth and inviting atmosphere. Sandra's warmth welcome, she was so nice throughout our stay. Security was also good.

l loved the service, the friendliness of the owner and the way she went an extra mile for me. l could not have the complimentary breakfast the next day as l was leaving early but she gave me dinner instead abdomen in the morning came early and still gave me takeaway breakfast. It's the best place to stay....the scenery is beautiful as well.

Everything was fine. Just suggest to add some sort of ventilation like a fan or AC to the rooms.

The location, the rooms are comfy, awesome breakfast (Sandra and Rita took time to know our preferences, if we have any allergies or intolerance to any food. They are adorable and kind ladies). The guesthouse feels safe. It is in a very calm neighbourhood.

Terence and Serena running the guesthouse could not have been kinder. Terence cooked up a meal for me when I arrived in the evening and the next day took me into town and gave me a tour. The guesthouse grounds are carefully maintained and used partly to grow fresh vegetables.

The TV only had two channels and there did not seem to be a way to turn off the terrace light from inside of the room. Even with the curtains, the terrace light still comes through. I paid with cash and I don’t believe there was an option online or in-person to pay with card.

Sandra was such a generous host. I departed early in the morning and since I missed breakfast she cooked dinner for me the night before. It is possible to walk to the guesthouse from downtown Mbabane, it’s about 25 minutes and I felt relatively safe as a solo female traveler. The room has a beautiful view with a terrace, and you can chat with other guests on their terraces as well. The WiFi is strong and reliable. The doggy is also very friendly!

It's not right in the middle of town, but it also means that instead of hearing cars, you will hear and see all sorts of birds :)

The guesthouse is charming and homely, and the rooms are neat and comfortable with fridge and kettle. Great sunset views from the varanda. Sandra cooks the best breakfast and customizes it to the guests' taste. She is also always ready to help out and arrange the best value taxis and services to her guests. Hreat conversation also.
